Ordered a cake online three days prior to pick up. Chose the 10 am time slot that was proposed to me. I show up at 10 and the store does not open until 11. I had no choice but to wait. When the manage arrived (10 minutes late), she told me that it was my fault that I chose the 10 am slot and that I am the only one to do that. I explained my frustrations she didn’t seem to care. I have done electrical work in this place many times. I have been in all the rooms. I was amazed by the cleanliness and disinfection of all the equipment and premises. The guys also make very beautiful and delicious cakes. Rating 5.

I am extremely disappointed with my order from Dairy Queen via Uber Eats. I ordered a *Blizzard* "MD Brownie And Mint" Jumbo, but what I received was absolutely not what I had asked for. The quality of the dessert delivered was far from satisfactory, and it was not what I ordered.
Not only is the error on the order unacceptable, but I paid $31.71 for a product that did not meet my expectations. It's really frustrating to receive something different after paying this price. I will not recommend this restaurant if you order online as you may be disappointed like I was.
