Eddy is passionate about his field and a very good teacher. He goes out of his way for the students and is very available. These workshops allow us to quickly become independent and understand the workings of chocolate. I highly recommend it. The best chocolates I have ever eaten!
If you want chocolate lessons this is the best place for that. Very professional ! And what's more, it's a very good chocolate. You can buy all the raw materials to make your little sweet treats...

It's the worst place I've seen in my life, first of all it's not very clean ' even the instructor who doesn't shave 3/4 of the time the class has hardly started and he already talking about finishing, and what's more he has already forgotten to show up to give me the lesson, always late for orders, lessons etc etc,I really do not recommend this company to anyone.
