We were promptly greeted and made to feel our visit was important to the staff at the front desk. The breakfast, in the restaurant, had a great variety of food items, nicely presented and tasted excellent. Staff were very attentive.

My first stay at this hotel and only for two nights but highly recommend it. Staff was very friendly, service in English or French. The hotel was very clean and in a good location with easy access to/from the highway, a good restaurant in the hotel and walking distance to many others plus a grocery store.

Restaurant and bar closed to guests due to a big meeting of some medical professionals. Apparently they don't have the staff for both. One would think they could hire temporary staffing. But it would appear that hotel managers choose to go the cheapest route.

Great staff, excellent service! Breakfast was included and was delicious. We ate at the restaurant one night and the service was wonderful and the food great. Very conveniently located near the highways.

Very clean and nice place to stay. Would stay here again. Friendly staff with lots of amenities near by. Did not use the small gym or pool but looked like it would ok to work out well. One down fall was limited parking but we didn't have a problem

I found good breakfast, rooms clean and very kind staff. I ate in the restaurant too and i found food very good. Location is peaceful and close to restaurants and a big supermarket. Good parking place.

I have stayed at many BW hotels over the years. Several have had an attached restaurant of some sort. Gare422 which is attached to the St. Jerome BW hotel is NOT your typical hotel restaurant. Gare 422 offers exceptional cuisine. I have not seen a menu like this since I was in France. If your travels will take you north of Montreal and if you enjoy excellent cuisine, you HAVE TO plan a stay at the St. Jerome Best Western.

Hotel is generally what you would expect from a Best Western and we had a nice meal in the attached Gare 422 restaurant. Sadly we were bitterly disappointed by lack of flexibility regarding breakfast. Nowhere at all in the booking confirmation did it say that breakfast was not available until after 7. As we had a bus to catch we could not wait for this. We were told categorically by receptionist and restaurant manager that a take out option was not available. Nor were they prepared to give us a refund even though we had specially booked a B and B rate. Very disappointing that they are so inflexible when info about situation is incomplete.
We stayed one night and had a great overall experience. The room was modern, clean and bright. We were taking the P’tit Train du Nord bike trip leaving the next day. They had a secure storage locker. We left early the next morning and we’re given a breakfast box to take with us. Jennifer on the front desk was amazing. Very helpful and thoughtful. We are dinner in the hotel restaurant, Gare 422. Staff there were excellent and the food was great.

We also stayed here before biking the Petit Tren du Nord. Staff was friendly; provided a locked room for bikes. Unfortunately restaurant closed (Monday). Adequate other restaurants available walking distance (5 Min) Breakfast plentiful, but needed to eat it inside.

We stayed here the night before biking le p’tit train. Hôtel has a secure storage room for bikes and provided a good breakfast to start our day. Staff was familiar with le p’tit train organization and was very accommodating to our needs. It’s close to the path station so didn’t take long to drive there to start our journey.

The room’s pretty and easy to settle in. The bathroom is practical. The service in room is fast, if you need to change the bed or to change the towel even in covid time. We really like our experience and will come back there if we have a other event

The room overall was large and spotless clean! The mattress and pillows were very soft and comfy. The included breakfast is good; it's not a buffet breakfast and that's a big plus! The only negative thing I have to say about our stay is that the soundproofing is very so-so in the rooms; we could hear people walking loudly in the room over ours and we could clearly hear the water running when they were taking a shower. But we had a very nice stay overall!
