Good service. Maybe it's me who is not often confronted with this but I find it unacceptable that there is no possibility of choosing the percentage of your tips and that in the choices there is nothing below 18%! I should have not left any at all and that’s what I will do next time!

c'est ma 3e visite toujours été agréablement servi mais ce soir aucune communication de la part des employés & après quelques minutes , question froide sans bonjour et 2 options choco-bueno et caramel mais contrairement à la normale quasiment aucun-caramel et très sec ...habituellement ce n'était pas de la sorte et dernière fois 😉

The first time I ordered for dessert at home, but the Puffs were cold, hard and dry, they looked like old Puffs from the day before left on the counter. The second time, it was to share with the whole team at work to get everyone on board: unfortunately, the Puffs were literally bathed in oil, the filling slipped on the Puffs because they were so greasy. Nobody liked it. The staff members felt sick and didn't feel good afterwards. We must have thrown away more than 3/4 of the Puffs. Yet it's so good when it's done well. I am disappointed, I will no longer order from the St Jérôme branch. No response from Mr Puff staff after the reports.
