Restaurant NICKELS (Saint-Jérôme)

The food is excellent. The portions are generous. The prices are excellent. We had exquisite service and the waitress made jokes with us. It's been a long time since I've been there, it's a nice rediscovery if I can say so... there were 5 of us and we are all satisfied.

I will definitely go back...

Excellent restaurant, I would like to highlight the excellent service of the waitress Debbie who served us. Despite my 11 month old crying and the restaurant being packed, she managed to give us very good service, fast and very professional. Thanks to this waitress who turned a chaotic evening into a very good family evening.

Extremely disappointed with our evening yesterday December 5, 2024. We arrived at 6 a.m. it took more than 20 minutes just to be asked what we would like to drink. We ordered meals for the children who had driven 8 hours to get there and it took an extremely long time to receive the children's meals!! And what can we say for the adults, we were adults and after 1:30 we still hadn’t been served! What can we say about the servers and the service which leaves a lot to be desired! Spaghetti and sandwiches shouldn't take 1h30!!! We had it delivered from St Hubert and it took 25 minutes to prepare and receive it! I would never go back there again and the same for the 5 other people I was with!

We went there today and he was short of staff, something I can understand. On the other hand, we had to go find a high chair for my baby ourselves. Then we waited more than 30 minutes before getting our drinks and soup for my child. After several minutes we decide to leave and ask for our food to be brought. The waiter criticized me because I “didn’t even” eat my soup.. sorry to have a child who is tired of waiting. This comment really wasn't necessary. Really disappointed.
