We were extremely unhappy with the family barrel because the pieces of chicken were not at all crispy. There was excess fat which made the breading very moist... This is the first time such a situation has happened to us.

I eat KFC about once a year. I don't know their menu by heart, nor how they work. I bought a 10 piece festive barrel to order at the curb. Arriving home, I realize that there is no sauce with the meal. I called to see if it was a mistake and was told there was no sauce with this meal. Personally, when I order a chicken meal, I expect sauce. I understand that they have the right to sell their meals however they want. But I would have appreciated if someone offered to buy a sauce with my meal. I don't think I'm the only one who eats my chicken with sauce.

I don't understand how they do it, but my order is always disgusting. Chicken that clearly hasn't been cooked enough, items that are missing, drinks in lukewarm cans. The worst is the two of spades who don't do anything.

Honestly one of the worst PFK. Avoid.

I ordered with the app and I had the invoice in my phone.. I had to wait to get my order because she wouldn't give it to me even if I showed her my invoice.

I make my way home and what do I see? The bag (which had not fallen) filled with fat which passed through the box and the bag, result? My tank mat full of cooking fat.

I always have problems with them but this is the last straw

The chicken is not even cooked and everything is broken... the potatoes are still soft, I always have to recook my food when I get home...

Once I ordered (always with the app) I arrived there 30 minutes later and everyone was twiddling their thumbs.. nothing had been done and there was no chicken ready!! When I asked him for my order he said oh it's not ready yet and they started cooking the chicken.. we waited 1 hour for our order which I had ordered a long time before..

I'm taking time off to make dinner. I order a 12 piece. I arrive home with 11 pieces and not really nice pieces. Half pieces and small wings. Not enough to feed my family. I take the trouble to call and have photos to back it up... the manager tells me that I have to drive 40 minutes back in the middle of dinner. I asked for a replacement for an upcoming dinner or delivery this evening but she does not accept. It's made it ridiculous, we travel to pick up our dinner (we wait 16 minutes at the drive-thru and on top of that I get a 0 professional response. Disappointing, it turns out that with one piece, he cuts it in two to selling it in two I received technically 6 pieces The Bucket was half empty when it arrived.
