Have to say the pizza is good but as an italian and craving an italian poutine, I was disappointed to taste cinnamon in the poutine meatsauce. Should not advertise as an italian poutine.

I've been ordering my pizza from this place for three years and it's always good.
This week I placed an order for delivery and they made a mistake on my pizza choices. First time this happened. I called to tell them and no persistence. They sent another pizza without even asking to see the order error. Very satisfied with the service, thank you!

Subs are great here, good size and ok price. Enough tables to be able to eat-in.

Out of 3 times we ordered subs with fries, 2 times they didn't bring the fries…..we hear that you're scrapping your meal plus you don't even have to apologize on the phone plus you receive your fries 1:30 later cold as ice because clearly they didn't put you in priority given that it's zero paying for them not complicated to make an order with 2 items... find the way to do it missing 1 out of 2 and all this in the space of 2 weeks….. last time for us it’s not serious this restaurant at least apologizing for scrapping your customers’ meals would be the least we can do

Papa Gino’s burger is great!!! The poutine is good and the fries are home style, VERY GOOD SERVICE!!! super fast delivery!

If I could put -3 stars I would. The description for 1 order was 2 x 10” pizzas. There was a promotion that was a buy 1 get 1 free. Meaning, I would buy 1 order of 2 x 10” pizzas and get the same one order for free. Meaning 4 x 10” pizzas. They sent me two pizzas trying to convince me that this was the promotion. For context 2 x 10” regular price is $28.99 with tax. I paid $32 for a supposedly good promotion on Uber for 2 pizzas. They’re false advertising and making more money out of the pockets of their customers. Do not order. Just a greedy company!

We ordered from Pizza Gino St Jérôme using Livro, since that's the only thing that comes to our house. Everything took a long time, and the delivery man explained to us that he had to persist on the spot to get our order done, since they prioritize other customers and Livro orders are done last. We are still customers it seems to me, whether we order by Livro or not.

Then we receive our order, and nice surprise, half of our salad is actually just the big dry ends of the salad apples. Very disappointing and a little insulting to think we will eat these pieces.

In short, we really liked the meals, but were disappointed with the service.
