Pizza Pizza in Saint Jerome honestly impressed me. Perfectly baked crust, fresh toppings, and the creamy garlic dip was unreal. I ordered a medium pizza and chicken wings everything was great! The pizza was hot, cheesy, and full of flavor. The wings were crispy . Fast service and super friendly staff. I’ll definitely be ordering again!”

I would give them a zero star if possible. I always go to this location. The food is always the best at this place. However, today i had the worst customer service. I went to pick up for my phone order. The cashier was cashing me out and a lady out of nowhere comes and says i didn’t pay for my order the last time i came. So i asked her which date because i always pay for it and she said “ search it up “ so i paid for my order of today and stood on the side and went through my statement. I told her the last time i came was on December 23rd and i paid for it and showed her the charge. The lady goes “ it’s okay “ i told her it’s not okay to accuse someone of not paying when they did and the lady said i’m not accusing you im just telling you. How is that acceptable? Your accusing me of not paying and then saying it’s okay i am just telling you. An other man came and said it’s okay i am sorry but it is not. I used to love this location cus their pizza is really good compared to other location but i will never ever get pizza from them. I will take my business to the Pizza Hut right across them.. I called the customer service and complainted and funny enough they have a record of my order history and confirmed i paid for my orders. Really disappointed from this location.
I bought an item listen at a specific price and i got completly mislead to to paying almost double the price... i know theres tip and taxes but it couldnt cost that much even with those.. it was offered at 32.79$ and it came back to me after tax (without tip) 42.11$ She told me it was cubic tax?? What
