December 30, 2024, drive-thru order.
We are asked to pay and then come forward in front of the windows of the dining room to wait for our order (club sandwich, brisket and wrap). (Being told to wait further after paying is a pretext because for their part they can close the drive-thru timer for their statistics which will be very erroneous to show fast service but in fact their service is quite the opposite). So, 4 vehicles behind us are served in the space of 20 minutes. My wife had to walk in the rain to get inside and be told that it was the kitchen that was the problem and that it was overloaded, yet no problem serving the 4 other vehicles behind us. We ask if everything is in the order around 3 times to make sure they haven't forgotten anything and we are told everything is there, when we arrive home the mayonnaise sachets are missing. So summary, very long service, we prioritize those behind we had to walk in the rain for the “drive-thru” and missing things in the orders despite having asked several times if they were sure they had everything. Service at the height of St-Jerome.

econo holiday promo announced on the web and even on the drive-thru sign with 2 free pepsi. at the counter they claim that the promotion is over and no more free drinks..false representation and illegal false advertising

Unfortunately I had to delete my review,

3 weeks ago we came here and everything was perfect, nothing to say.

Unfortunately today Friday January 3 4:30 a.m.

The food was really not edible (something I hadn't said in a long time)

My little one's poutine was really mushy and had lumps of sauce...

The nacho... personally I have always had this famous dish because it is my favorite and unfortunately this evening it was not good...
Extra cheese (can be added or stuck to the bottom with the paper which stuck to all the food).
A big chunk of sauce in the middle which tasted sour (like expired) and the size was cut in half, and the lady told me that I was in the wrong places and when I brought up my 3 week notice to spend with the size of the nacho she told me that I wasn't here and that I was wrong...

Honestly very very disappointed today,

I never go back to Google reviews, but the maximum 1* I give....
