The food is very good, but the customer service is very aggressive. Not patient with customers.

Normally good food but horrible customer service. Ordered a special all dressed online. Sent my daughter in to pick up the order. She gave the name on the online order for pick up and employee charged and gave her someone else’s order. When I called to notify them of the error the owner cuts me off, speaks over me, never allowed me an opportunity to speak, never apologized for the error and told me not to order from them in the future . Business must be good for an owner to treat customers like that. Two weeks prior I paid for a pizza with a 50.00 bill and cashier gave me too much change back ( 20.00) which I promptly returned to the cashier. There was never even a thank you. Fool me twice shame on me. My business will go to the local owner that appreciates repeat business and can take accountability for their mistake.

Error on my order EX L Alibaba extra chili pepper received extra hot pepper... after calling back I was sent a medium with my extra green chili pepper... Excellent service Thank you satisfied customers.
Next time I will remember something new called green pepper. Super good pizza I recommend 👍

I called to have my order prepared.
2 pizzas. One cheese and the other onions, bacon.
Yes, there is no problem...
I arrive there, the receptionist confirms to me that it is indeed just cheese and the other onions, bacon.
I receive my order, the guy tells me it's good cheese and the other one is onions and bacon...
I arrive in my car. It's cheese and the other is deluxe extra bacon. I go into the restaurant, I say that's really not what I ordered. The guy tells me they don't just make bacon and onion? But why did you repeat it to me 3 times?
I felt out of place, the guy was getting on his high horse for that!! I really don't like being made to feel like shit for their mistakes. They didn't want to give me any sympathy. He wanted to do it again for me, but I was in a hurry. I don't eat mushrooms or peppers.
A little boring to arrive home and have to "undo the pizza"
The pizza is really good though, but when you order something you really want it to be the good thing. And you don't want to be treated like shit when it's not your fault, but theirs.

We ordered 2 gyro plates online, 3 were delivered to us, one of which was chicken, and the delivery man forced us to pay and keep the extra plate which was going to go in the trash.... when we called the restaurants they practically sent us to shit and offers us no solution.... never again down there and clearly complaining about consumer rights

I am used to ordering when I am at work and for home, usually orders go well over the phone but a lady who is not very professional and not very caring took my order yesterday (08/31/2024) around 6:30 a.m. for dinner, and I really didn't know that I had turned into a dog because I really felt like a m****. Furthermore, she doesn't listen to the instructions, because the delivery man got the address wrong, unfortunately for him, who is certainly subject to the moods of a frigid woman. , 1h40 delivery and the food was wet. It's time to renew the staff, especially her. For me, 4 corners means finishing.

The service could have been better if we had not hired young people. But 4 Coins hires mothers (of very advanced age) who unfortunately drag the whole problem of their household to customer service. If you place an order, you should not make them repeat anything, even when you cannot hear it. Otherwise, climbing is guaranteed. However, I continue to order regularly, hoping that these ladies change positions or find other jobs.
