Good morning,

The cuisine and dishes are well distributed on the plates. When the meals arrive, it's hot, but sometimes the meat is overcooked. By that I mean the meat is burned. She is black.

Regarding the service with the waiter, I did not receive the best service in the world, because I did not have what I wanted on my plate, even though I had specified it to the waiter and he even gave it to me rehearse as necessary, but that's not what I had on my plate. The waiter didn't understand anything I said at the end, even though I repeated it several times. He didn't ask me to cook my meat.

Thank you and have a good day.

*The utensils taste like metal, they are no longer good.*
Tip: change the utensils

Parking: There isn't much parking space.

Kid-friendliness: No games room for them.
Not much room for children to move and if children move it is very dangerous, because the waiters and waitresses pass by them with hot dishes and plates.

Wheelchair accessibility: Not many places for wheelchairs

Friday November 1, 2024, I was really disappointed with the service, it took a long time before we took our order. Me and my friend had the wrong order when serving, our plates were returned to the kitchen, when the plates returned it was still not the right order, that's when the waiter told us it was better arrange ourselves with our plates because the cook would be shocked otherwise. Our plates were cold, my meatballs overcooked, and my friend's undercooked, my father's tea was cold. Let's just say it doesn't make you want to go back there.

Take reservations even if they are "overbooked" after 45 minutes of waiting despite reservations... sorry left... I had driven 30 minutes for nothing

The salad was limp and old, the potatoes were burnt and undercooked (a feat), the shrimp were clearly frozen, the rice dry.

In short, $30 for a dinner of lower quality than a frozen dinner.

Rather than eating this, stay at home.

Very noisy restaurant, we had trouble getting along, the food was not very good, limp salad, frozen fries and the steak was a lot of nerves, we hardly ate, so money was thrown out the window. The waiter was not in his business, he did not serve the plates for everyone together, almost 10 minutes difference between, we were 4 adults 2 children.
The children were waiting for the ketchup to eat and it took a very long time before they got it, also for their fruit juice, they got it at the end of the meal. I don't go back there anymore.

Where to even begin with such an abysmal display of incompetence masquerading as service? The evening began with our beverages being carelessly forgotten, and the waiter, in an astonishing feat of negligence, vanished into thin air, making himself scarce for the entire night. The food itself was an affront to the very notion of cuisine—utterly repugnant. By the time the elusive waiter finally graced us with his presence to inquire about the meal, one of us had already consumed enough of the revolting dish to spend the rest of the evening ill, while the other sat staring at a plate of desiccated slop, waiting in vain for anyone to care.

When we finally confronted the waiter, his dismissive response was the cherry on top of this disaster. He had the audacity to claim that others had enjoyed the food—though, of course, the "others" in question were the residents of the nearby senior care center, whose dulled senses could hardly distinguish good from bad, let alone detect the foulness that was served. Suffice it to say, we shall never darken the door of this establishment again.
