I've been eating their Alldress steamer hot dog with a good poutine with extra sauce for over 30 years. ? And I'm not talking about their lunch ??? with the service of the waitresses and their welcome. That's a detour for you. ? Parking: It has 5 parking spaces at the front of the restaurant and it has about 15 parking spaces to the side.

I delighted in two all-dressed steamers, and these delights were a revelation. The sausage, coleslaw, onions, mustard and ketchup blended together harmoniously to create a melody of flavors that moved my foodie soul.However, the apotheosis of my dining experience was tempered by my tasting of their poutine. It's unfortunate that the fries failed to achieve the crispy perfection I was hoping for, and the sauce lacked the enthusiasm needed to match the other delights on the menu. Still, it's worth noting that the cheese in the poutine was decent, bringing a note of comfort to this somewhat disappointing culinary symphony.Ultimately, La Belle Province in St-Jérôme is an establishment that does not lack audacity in its quest for culinary perfection. I look forward to discovering future improvements in the fries and poutine sauce, so that this destination can fully shine on all levels of its gastronomic menu.
