The first thing to do when you arrive in a city is to try the Pizzerias! We tried them all in St-Jérôme! and the Héron Restaurant is very far ahead! They have the best pizza in town! and they are constant, with each of their deliveries it is hot, and their Pizza is well garnished!, not like other restaurants where 1 time in 3 your Pizza is lukewarm, with a nice big teaspoon of cheese and 3 beacon pieces!

Just a pizza! Generous garnishes and quick service. We ate there and the pizza was served in 15 minutes. We ordered a Crazy Meat pizza with extra onions and the onions were thin, well cooked on the pizza. Reasonable price.

This is by far the best pizza I have eaten. The only problem is the noise. The fridge, the fans, I don't know but it's not very pleasant. Maybe to check?
