Walked in during the busy morning rush and was immediately impressed. The location is inviting, well-staffed, and even has reserved parking spots. I placed a large order, and despite the rush, the team was quick, efficient, and incredibly friendly. They even insisted on helping me carry the tray to my car.

It's a shame they can't make the chai latte I loved until a year ago. Every time I order it, I think maybe this time it will taste just as good, but unfortunately, it's not the same. I don't know how that's possible, but it's disappointing. I don't know if the products have changed, or if the staff isn't doing their job properly. It's strange.

Good coffee, lots of choice, I use the app to order in advance, otherwise, the drive-thru is always full and inside, it can be long. There really isn't a lot of seating, it's more of a "grab and go" place.
