People should know their products! Ask for a vegan product and you will be looked at as an extraterrestrial. They have no idea which beverage is vegan, yet the Starbucks website is very well indicated!

My coffee was excellent, the young man with glasses who was there, did it well! Meanwhile, the lady with brown hair, who seemed to manage the store, spoke in an unacceptable tone to the young man but spoke correctly with the other young girls around. He also seemed new, which makes you not really want to work in an environment like that. Poor him...

Staring at me.Completely gratuitous derogatory remark!His colleague immediately told him that I was the first in line. No apology or acknowledgment that she misjudged the situation, she went to “hide” behind it.
