I'm thrilled with my recent visit to the Subway in Saint-Jerome! The moment I walked in, I was impressed by the cleanliness and bright lighting, it set a great tone for a fantastic dining experience. The aroma of freshly baked bread wafted through the air, teasing my taste buds & building my anticipation. The toppings selection was exactly what we were looking for, with plenty of options to suit every family member's taste. Everyone got to customize their sandwich just the way they liked it, & the staff were friendly & efficient. From meats to crisp veggies & creamy sauces, the variety was impressive. My family & I left feeling satisfied & happy with our orders. If you're looking for a quick, delicious meal in Saint-Jerome, this Subway location is a great choice!

On December 12 at 9 p.m., I had a deplorable experience in one of your branches. Both employees were rude and condescending. The subs were inedible and the churros burnt, with no sugar.
I understand the lack of staff, but why hire people without good manners? This should be the basis.
I am very disappointed and hope that measures will be taken to avoid this type of situation.

I just went to eat at Subway, I thought I was having a normal experience with normal service, but I was greeted with a big smile, competence, and exceptional efficiency. I am so impressed by my experience that I am taking the time to write this review before leaving. It is Saturday September 7, 2024 at 12:30 p.m. Great guys, don't give up, great services. My Submarine was very good too.?

Imagine spending $30 on two sandwiches and both of them are not even heated properly
You go inside again to tell them they were not heater properly and they hit your sandwiches in a microwave and give them back to you as if nothing had happened
I would really suggest everybody to stay away from this place as The staff is not even responsible and they don't care about the customers

It's rare that I give such a low rating, but sweet... Error in my orders prepared via the application, I picked up my order and the guy didn't even notify me (I noticed it at me, and I was told to call customer service), I come to the store another time and I get turned away because "he decided to close early", the sandwiches look sick and everything" garocher" ... In short, really not the best Subway I have visited!

The last two times I was there, it wasn't pleasant. The first incident: We weren't asked what format... And we didn't specify it at the beginning because my partner was wondering what format to take. He made us a 12".. The second time has JUST ARRIVED. I write it sitting down.. We ask for 2 6".. It costs me $22.. I ask myself questions and ask for my invoice. They charged me a 12".. They gave me 5.50 again.. Knowing that the price of a 6" is higher.. I didn't persist with them because the 2 (who had fun shouting in the back) was stubborn about how to pay me back.. No intention of going back unless I had no choice..
