We went to 8:30 p.m., despite the fact that yes, it was limited, the
Subway is supposed to close at 9:00 p.m. and they were closing so I couldn't order. If it closes at 9:00 p.m., why was everything already closed at 8:30 p.m.?

L’équipe semble avoir des problèmes de personnel. Les clients n’ont pas besoin de connaître les détails et les mécontentement de toute l’équipe et du problème de personnel. Ça n’envoie pas une belle image et une belle ambiance lors de la pause dîner des clients. En discuter en arrière cuisine entre l’équipe serait sûrement une solution.

Very nice employee but this is the second time that I have ordered 2 12 inch teriaki submarines online and when we arrive on site to pick them up we are told that there are no more. I am disappointed but as it is paid in advance I resign myself to making another choice which really does not tempt me. I arrive at our house, the bread is so dry that we only eat the inside.......no common sense, selling outdated bread at this point!!! It's over, I won't take any sandwiches at this subway anymore!

Si vous allez chez Subway à Bellefeuille et que vous vous faites servir par Darling vous verrez à quel point elle est gentille , attentionnée et professionnelle. J’adore cette femme , c’est une perle !

Ordered two bowls online. Found almost no meat in the bowls when I got home. Had 1/3 of a green pepper almost unsliced l. Restaurant is no help to fix this. Very bad experience. Bad service three times in a row. Was my last time ordering there.

Pire service que j’ai reçue de la part dune seul des employés, elle parlais bête au autre employé, a même refusé d'aider sa collègue… a refuser de me dire son nom lorsque je lui ait demander pour justement me plaindre de son comportement car elle savais très bien que c'était inacceptable. J'avais une grosse commande de plus de 100$ et peux importe le montant de la commande il est inacceptable de traiter un humain et ses collègues ainsi. Etre le propriétaire franchisé de cette succursale j'aimerais savoir que mon employé traite mes clients ainsi (client qui contribue a son propre salaire !!!) Je tiens a préciser que les deux autres jeunes fille étaient très gentille la raison du pourboire car sinon elle aurait rien eu!
