Disappointing Tao, no atmosphere, cold room
The chicken tasted like the frozen croquette with Cheap Sweet And Sour grocery store sauce.
6 -7 balls of warm interior chicken, 3-4 pieces of uncooked onion, 5-6 pieces of uncooked green pepper.
Good chicken with crispy spinach satay sauce, well cooked. Hot dish lots of pieces of mushrooms and chicken. I bit off a piece of cartilage in my second mouthful... sauce lacks taste
$1.50 to change the rice into rice vermicelli
Very cold room. Keep your coat on
No ambiance, no dim lighting.
No thanks after paying.
Very disappointed, nothing like Tamaki 10 years ago...
The plus is a Bring your own wine!
I won't go back there again

The menu is not accurate. I ordered tempura shrimp and received panko shrimp. Obviously the staff didn't know the difference.

The food was good however our server did not give adequate service. At the start, everything was going wonderfully, but as the evening progressed, we felt he was not caring since he didn't follow up. We were offered spicy mayonnaise, ginger and wasabi with our sushi meals as in all restaurants where sushi is served and we were surprised to see on our bill that each jar of spicy mayonnaise was a extra. When we replied that we had never paid extra before even though we have been coming to this restaurant for several years we were told that it had always been like this. The won tong noodles are also $6.50 for 3 noodles… For the first time since we came there, we were disappointed by the service, the atmosphere was not as usual, it was rather disappointing.

I'm not the type to make bad comments but I was so disappointed by the cuisine it's impressive! I ordered a meal that was to be served with three different colors of noodles and with chicken, shrimp, and scallops... What I got was steamed vegetables, some shrimp, lots of chicken, only one scallop, and no noodles... !? Unfortunately to add to it all! There was even a chicken bone in my wonton soup…

The soup had nothing in it except a few sprigs of vegetables and a bit of noodles, far from being a soup meal. The peanut dumplings were not fresh (flat and hard). The crispy noodles were good..

Arrived for the 1st service. We are 2 people. My friend receives his dish a good 5 minutes before me. I ordered a grilled dish, chicken with extra shrimp, which is no longer served on a hot cast iron and which, finally, arrives! Surprised and disappointed that my dish was not on a cast iron.
Rice, no taste, fairly ordinary quality thank you! almost cooked chicken, passable shrimp, not to mention the imperial roll soaked in cooking oil. I give chicken to my friend.....
The bill, I was charged $1 more than displayed on the menu for the extra shrimp. We correct the bill, new bill my dish is $2 more and my shrimp is still $7. They recorrected and gave me an updated invoice..... All for $28.74 which was not worth it.
Only the young hostess showed sincere empathy at our table.
I paid my bill with a no thank you for the tip, the waiter was so commercially inclined!
TAMAKI is no longer what it used to be, really not. Before the restaurant was crowded, the food was super delicious, giving it a 4.5 star rating. Today the customers are no longer jostling. Too expensive and very very average.
I gave it a 2 star because the manager, after paying, offered me a coffee or herbal tea.....no thank you sir!
The waiter Michel is incredible, restaurant really really, really, really good.
It's really not like it used to be...
Won Ton soup $6.50 for 3 noodles, general tao not edible (tastes like ketchup) and uncooked vegetables. Pizza sushi was pretty good and so was the sushi. The pad sew didn't taste much and much smaller portion. To top it off, it's hard to have a conversation when a child is just screaming next to us.

OK meal, but ouffff. Disappointed with the change of ownership. The plates are no longer what they used to be. Cleanliness of the restaurant leaves something to be desired.
