Bad experience, I waited more than 25 minutes before going to the counter and I waited another ten minutes at the counter before being served. There were about 6 employees in the drive-thru and 2 people in the front. The drive-thru has priority and it shouldn't!

The manager is terrible.
She doesn't answer the customer and enjoys making the people who ordered inside wait.
I had to wait over 30 minutes for my sandwich when over 25 cars went through the drive-thru.
The staff wanted to help, but the manager was too concerned about the drive-thru clock.

Worst service I have received in my life. If I could have given a rating of zero I would have done so. On January 31, 2025 at 2 p.m., my family and I came by for an order of $53. There was not a single product we ordered that was correct. When we went to see them so they could fix their mistake, the red-haired woman in the kitchen started throwing our sandwiches on the counter, saying it's not me who prepared it, it's not my issue. Even though they “fixed” their mistake, it still wasn’t right. We waited 30 minutes for only 3 sandwiches. The supposed "manager" named Rosalie (if that's the right name she gave us) came screaming at us saying we didn't even pay, but she didn't even try to resolve the problem . In the end, she left saying that she wasn't the manager anyway, so she didn't care.
You should really review your employees and fire some of them.

Sincerely, they're so limited: This is the second time they've refused to adjust the drive-thru order at the window. They refuse to add a little something and send you to line up again—it's really a big mess. Their staff is not flexible and stubborn. There is no client service at all, like we are beggars asking for free. Avoid them and go elsewhere.

Sincerement ils sont tellement limité: c’est la deuxième fois qu’ils refusent d’ajuster la commande du service au volant une fois a la fenêtre. Ils refusent d’ajouter une petit chose et t’envoie de faire la file encore une fois- c’est vraiment un gros n’importe quoi. Tous les autres sont assez flexibles (Starbucks, McDo, etc). Ceux ils veulent pas. Si vous pouvez aller ailleurs, éviter ceux-ci.
