Didn’t have any of the speciality food items on the menu.( the one I wanted was festive turkey, son wanted pizza) They only had the turkey club. But 10 mins later they tell me they have no bread. Should of went next door to st. Hubert chicken if I wanted chicken I guess.
The garbage was overflowing with coffee leaking out of it. Was dirty. Was wondering why the restaurant was empty.

I’m a vacationer to the area and spend time in at Agathe du monts annually, the drive up is always a stop at Tim’s for breakfast , I was there this past Saturday , 😡 I waited L literally 50 minutes for 2 breakfast bagels and a breakfast wrap coffee, by time I for my order the coffee was cold and my order wasn’t right, after almost the hour of waiting there was no way u was asking them to correct the order, to top it all off for a TOURIST AREA, unfortunately the comprehension of English is non existent… I had a horrible experience trying to place the order, they still got it wrong then made me wait 50 minutes UNBELIEVABLE .. will NOT be stopping there on my way in anymore .. TO ACCOMMODATE ALL CUSTOMERS YOU MIGHT WANT TO CONSIDER AT LEAST BASIC ENGLISH FOR TOURISM

It's a great place, it looks so modern and clean, the staff was so gentle and caring, one of the best so far! (First place that doesn't make me wait half an hour for a garlic bread and that actually has it even though it was Sunday evening 🤤)

This located is Understaffed and the staff present is confused. over 20 minutes of waiting for a simple chicken wrap. Definitely needs improvement.
