I don't know why I persist in ordering here, the Tim Hortons near me is much better, here there is an error with each order and the employees at the drive are very unpleasant and refuse to arrange the order. This has been going on for 1 year! Not able to give 20 timbits instead of 10 and yet they are thinking of making me pay the 20. I had to receive the wrong drink 5 times in 4 months when I asked for delivery to my work.

Terrible customer service. I enter the restaurant, I wait... there are 3 of them taking care of the drive-thru, they don't look at me. One turns around and pretends she didn't see me. After 5 minutes of waiting, I am told that it won't be long... I tell her that I have been waiting for a while now, she says nothing and turns around. I waited almost 10 minutes without being served and being ignored. The service is better at the drive-thru... I left without ordering.

Understands nothing she says into the microphone. I order a soup after asking him for the types. Only one type available. OK it's chill. Ye 8:30 p.m. I'll make do with what they have. When I got to the window, I was told that I couldn't have any soup because it wasn't fresh.
I think you're supposed to have some fresh at all times.

I get in line to order: it's not the right line...There is no sign to identify where we place our order. The young man who takes my order has a face dumber than his feet. The employees seem quite mixed thanks with the order numbers. When the employee finished preparing my lunch, she "yelled" at the number in question...no one to take care of it. After 5 minutes (the young person in charge was going around in circles not knowing what to do), I in turn "yelled" an EXCUSE ME so that an employee ended up seeing that I was waiting, so that I could tell her that my number has been ready for 5 minutes. Truly terrible service. In addition, the toilets were in such a state that no one would see me there again.

Following your message, no, I'm not going to complete a form AND I don't want to speak to one of your managers either, I've already said everything in this review.

It’s a typical Timmies, good location, drive through is a bit busy in the morning but going inside is still a thing. The service is excellent as always. Great coffee but the food is like eating cardboard.

Really disappointed with my bagel, not edible at all

Ordered a sesame bagel with cream cheese double toasted - they burnt it completely, this bagel should not have been sent out like this, it is inedible.
Usually when I order my bagel double toasted it is nice and golden brown and warm and this is just burnt.

Never coming again.

Today Thursday morning 4:00 a.m., the employee is present outside the restaurant near the Burger King drive-thru enters and exits the tim all the interior and exterior lights are on the drive-thru has nothing to indicate that the tim is closed even the signs are lit. The employee told us or rather waved through the drive-thru window that it was closed.
