One of the window worker he through out hot coffee on me and on my car seat
and rudely without feeling any guilty he ask me sorry can you please go ahead to service another customer
but you didn't serve me well. i hate to go again
i am not the customer to wait for compensation but now i feel all tim Horton are rude
as i was the regular long term customer
now i don't go anymore

Probably the worst tim I've ever seen. 2 times out of 3, the order is prepared incorrectly and the hot chocolate (as well as any hot drink other than coffee) always tastes like water even after informing them multiple times. The only thing minimally drinkable is the food and that's when they don't make my sandwich in a hurry like this they were just throwing all the ingredients into the package before giving it to me.

This Tim Hortons definitely doesn't care about customers and hygiene. Some time ago I had already filed a complaint at the drive-thru for a blatant lack of hygiene and a lack of respect for customers. A certain Coralie had contacted me at that time to offer me compensation (I had previously contacted the general office of Tim Hortons directly.). When returning to this branch, I was told that Coralie no longer works there and that they were not aware of her agreement with me. Well it's not that serious but a word no longer seems to be respected these days.
I always give a runner a second chance and have since returned a few times.
Last Saturday March 8 at around 5:40 am I went to the branch for an order of 10 Timbits. Before serving me she sneezes several times into her elbow and forearm (4 times and quite loudly). I told her that she shouldn't serve me before washing her arms. Believe it or not, she reached that same arm completely inside the counter to give me Timbits. Completely disgusting and disrespectful for customers and once again for hygiene.
And what's more, I asked her for only one kind and she gave me a mixture of several kinds.
I don't understand this attitude, especially in the restaurant industry.
I will be contacting the Tim Hortons general office again as some action should be taken against this branch.
I'm sorry for this comment but I have reached my limit.

Je vais souvent à ce Tim Hortons, et j’ai remarqué récemment qu’ils avaient changé de staff. L’ancien staff de Août, Sep, Oct, faisais constamment des erreurs c’était épouvantable. Depuis le mois de novembre j’ai remarqué que le staff était différent est le service est IMPECCABLE. Les employés sont aimables, rapides et compétents. On a aucune erreur sur nos commandes :)

Terrible!!!! On a Saturday evening at exactly 7:20 p.m., an employee came vaping outside with his friends with his drive-thru microphone on his head. We wait at the counter while 2 other employees talk together. We asked for a box of 12 donuts seeing that the display is empty but a full rack behind with good fresh donuts. They made us pay the bill and started to choose with the good-natured young girl who moves towards the back to pick them up. A young man walks towards her and stops her to come and explain to us that what we see behind are the donuts for tomorrow!!!!😂😂🤦🏼‍♂️ Damn you prepare your donuts 10 hours in advance c terrible disgusting cursed criss you sell this and it hangs out all night on the counter ark seriously. Having already worked in a Tim Horton's never my good never made us do it on the contrary they made us throw them away 6 hours after production you are just disgusting!!! It seems to me that your slogan is supposed to always be fresh, you are very far from fresh
