I ordered 2 platters of subs for a birthday party. When I arrived they did not have my order. I provided my order number and proof of payment and they said they never received it so we had no platters. When I asked for a reimbursement, they said they couldn’t do it. So I asked to speak to a manager and was told they weren’t there and would call me back. I never received a call back, despite leaving multiple messages. When I try calling the restaurant, it goes straight to voicemail. I emailed Subway head office and no one has responded to me there either. Terrible service.

Order platters for 14 people online. I arrive there and no one knows about my order. They are not even able to do it. So I'm stuck figuring out how to feed my guests. No more orders here...

Non-functional application even at the store the 2 attendants were unable to make it work and I was unable to receive the promotion which was only valid with the app.Also I give a big ZERO to the management of this fast food restaurant which increasingly disappoints me with the almost borderline freshness of its products (bread, vegetables), often a lack of products as well as promotions not honored.I wrote to the head office with all the relevant details and proof of purchase and just like the St-Joseph-du-Lac branch, the customer service is non-existent.

What poor service I received from Subway. Last Sunday I went to Subway to order sandwich platters for my son's party next Saturday. The young woman at the cash register informed me that she doesn't do that and that it's only the manager who can do that. So she took my phone number and my name so she could call me. Monday no call I return to Subway another employee tells me the same thing however the employee gives me a leaflet to order either online or by phone. Arrived at home I start with the website and every time I want to go to the catering order page the site has a bug and a page: oops this page no longer exists appears.... same thing with the application , so I try the telephone numbers but when I select the service in French it rings constantly but no one answers and in English the same thing except that after a minute a voicemail box with which I leave my contact details to be called back but unfortunately no one called back or even the manager of my local Subway. So I had to order my Sandwich Platters at Costco for fear of running out of time.... I am extremely disappointed with the service from your restaurant chain. As part of my work I often have to organize business dinners and Christmas parties. My experience has convinced me to never do business with Subway...

5:30 p.m. on a Saturday, rush hour: 1 person behind the counter to serve customers! Hello waiting!!! The 2nd employee waits at the checkout leaning on the counter doing NOTHING, while the line of customers increases. LAMENTABLE!!!
