Have you ever stopped by the Tim Horton in St-Joseph-du-Lac? It's something. The staff speaks extremely loudly. They speak loudly about certain customers. No respect! And I assure you that this is not a judgment! This is an observation. I go there at least twice a week. Why, because I like Tim's and it's the only loan from me.
Last week the working girls were talking about diet. And one of them said "since I stopped eating Tim, I've lost weight. And anyway, there's nothing good here😳 Oops, I like it! Vulgar language is used between them all the time. Ordeals, sacraments are served at will (Not towards the customers, never but between the staff. We hear everything because they speak really loudly.
I have several examples like that. The manager is there.
I'll probably stop eating my Tim sandwich... Often, I don't get what I asked for: the wrong bread, the wrong sauce. Brief! I seem weird for continuing to come to Tim's but hey...

But what happens on the weekends? I understand the busy times, I understand that there may be fewer staff... But 35 minutes in the drive-thru for 2 coffees and 2 lunch wraps, I don't think that's normal. Consider closing the dining room to maximize service or drive-thru service, but reading the reviews, I am not the only one to notice the problem. The staff is great, nothing to say about the service, only the waiting time.

Yes hello I am from Pointe-Calumet I introduce myself Tim at 10:15 p.m. there are people inside they don't want to serve me they tell me it's closed and on the site it says 11 p.m. I don't understand no one who changes the time it's frustrating

I went to get a coffee this morning and seriously I don't know what to think, their coffee is horrible I asked for a large 2x2 and a large 3x3
Honestly, I should have just splashed water in the sandbox for my children and it would have been the same!
And I'm just talking about the coffee but the employees Come on 🤦♀️ barbie who thinks she's someone else always looks stupid, you're never sure what she's going to tell you....
In short the wait is nonsense you wait 30 to 40 minutes for 2 coffees...... for real the detour to go get one a couple of mountains your taste I tell you this tim should be closed c It's incredible how much crap can be eaten by several customers and unfortunately it has no impact....

This morning around 11 a.m. I went to get some coffee, I was on hold on the phone since 1 a.m. with a super important call, which ended up being answered by a knock at the window. The girl opens the window, I nod hello to her, I nod to her that I'm sorry I can't talk, I hand her $20, my bill was $16. She opens the window again, I wave at her that she can keep the $4 for the tip, I slip in an I'm sorry, $4 which is exaggerated for a $20 bill at the Tim Horton, because that I felt bad for not having been able to say hello and thank you properly, well she brought her work colleagues to insult me at the window that I signaled her to be quiet.... when it really wasn't the case, she gives me my super insulting coffee, the 3 girls at the window, well let's see what she told you shh, the 3 girls were crazy, scuse me the thick but I gave you $4 because I I was sorry, I never told you to shut up but I couldn't talk. You have no idea what the world is going through personally, I was on a line with the courthouse for a super important case, I didn't know that after 1 hour they were going to respond when you opened the window . Fake your lack of respect after I gave $4 tip, you could have kept it for yourself. I'll never be there, your employees are really stupid. 3 super angry girls at the window.... I started laughing I told them to calm down that it was just important and that I was sorry, they continued to insult me even when I moved forward to leave . None but no professionalism.

The employees are young students who are motivated to work, but who are not supervised, structured, trained, motivated or supervised in any way! Seriously, I just read the reviews and I really wonder why, when and what more is needed from ONE OF THE LARGEST MULTINATIONAL Tim Horton's before reacting and enforcing the standards and level of quality, cleanliness, customer services and basic inventories expected by the population? I live right next door, so it's the closest to my house and I don't go there anymore! I am appalled by all the shortcomings, errors and poorly trained employees left to their own devices. Is there a manager, an owner, or some form of authority, organization and management who will take matters in hand and restructure this Tim Horton??? However, this concerns all Tim Hortons because the value of franchises will drop drastically if they start to have more restaurants in this situation!!! This is deplorable!!!! I don’t see Tim Hortons the same way at all!

The taste is similar to all the tims too bad several products were missing however the waiting time at the drive-thru is sick! It’s way too much, almost 30 minutes!
Fortunately the reception is correct and I did not have an error on my order!

We came to this Tim Horton on a Saturday afternoon around 1:45 p.m. We waited 35 minutes at the drive-thru before being able to order, then another 10-15 minutes before receiving our order. When paying, the employee at the service informed us that there was no more crispy chicken and that she had forgotten to tell us this when we ordered; the wrap is already done and paid for so there is no choice but to take it. Then the employee closes the window, but doesn't give us our drinks, we have to get her attention in order to get our drinks. When she hands us our food, the bag it is in is soaked and covered in strawberry jelly; we politely ask him to change his bag. My boyfriend's wrap had no sauce and my bagel was burnt. I do not recommend this Tim Horton's. Lack of professionalism and young employees left to manage the place on their own.

If I could give 0 stars I would, The employee named Kim serves us in a morbid way, two iced coffees which cost $6.30 I gave her exactly 6.30 she keeps $1 dollar for herself and says that $1 is missing when we clearly saw her put it in her tip jar. Talks stupid to us and says she knows how to count, but I think if she knew how to count she wouldn't be working at Tim Hortons at her age. I also ordered a bottle of water and she gave it to me with lots of whipped cream on it. Poor service. with all his face piercings that could fall into the food Very disappointed
