Me and my boyfriend often order from this McDonald's and we see errors in ours and it frustrates me a lot to see too many errors with our orders, I would like the service team to be more attentive and professional in their tasks!.

December 18 4:40 p.m., I arrive at the drive-thru for a $4 smoothie, the girl already has the machine out with $35 listed on it. No hello, nothing. Just a stupid look. I was the only one at the drive-thru… where did this amount come from? She doesn't even apologize or confirm the order. Very fishy. Orders are already often forgotten, now it’s the amount that doesn’t match…
Reheated and lukewarm fries and place not super clean...

We were first in line. The first order of 4 came out after 5 minutes. The last one after almost 20 despite the fact that we were practically the only ones in the restaurant. I was even able to watch my order on the counter behind for 10 minutes. Also, my sandwiches had no sauce… Very disappointing for such a convenient and visited place.
