Worst service I have seen in my life from Huguette and Céline... Huguette has been grumbling since day 1 that she was hired and Céline has never seen someone work so slowly... and there is no danger that Huguette will come and help her!! More than 30 mins of waiting with only 2 customers in front of me!

Hello to all of you! This Subway restaurant is generally a stop option for a quick sub when my partner and I are on the road. I will tell you that it's an ok place but lacks choice of meat.

Very dirty, not very competent staff, IP charges us the wrong prices and tells us that it comes back the same but it costs $10 more than normally we are stopped because we have no choice but next time we will go elsewhere first and last times

Good morning,
When I arrived at 2:20 p.m. at the Saint-Lambert-De-Lauzon restaurant to collect my mobile order made around 2:00 p.m., the young man serving told me: “I had a lot of people, I didn't prepare your order. I'll do it in a few minutes. ". To which I replied, “Okay! ".
He then picked up a bowl for my rice bowl, since there was none left at his work station, he had to get one from under the counter. Rather than closing the cabinet door under the counter, he slammed it so hard that it bounced and opened again. Then he hit the counter with his fist because an ingredient was missing. He used vulgar language every time there was a step to take. He was “scavenging” the items on the counter while heaving sighs of discouragement.
When he gave me my bag, 2 pretzels were missing. When I mentioned it to him, he sighed and made the 2 pretzels without sauce. He then pushed the bag towards me and said, “Here! ".
I didn't dare say that the honey mustard was missing, for fear of getting yelled at. I left Subway feeling like I had been attacked! The people waiting looked at me with pity as if they didn't know what I had done to deserve this service. I had walked in with money to tip since I had forgotten to do so on the app. I can guarantee you that I left with my tip.
It’s disgusting the way I was treated by your employee. I will never go back to this place again.

This is the worst Subway I have ever been to in my life and yet I go there often. The little girl, 13, watched me wait (there was no one in the restaurant). I waited 10 minutes for her to count her tip because she had finished her shift. The other woman was a marabout and slow. She was doing several things at the same time. The young girl had finished her shift and saw that I was waiting. She was arguing and a lady was full of their attitudes in front of me. I almost went back but I had already ordered. I don't plan to come back.

We were 2 couples. We placed an online order for 4x12 inches to get the "2nd 12 inch free" discount since it was only for online orders. When the madam received the orders, she cursed and whined the whole time saying she hated online ordering, even though we were sitting near the counter and there were customers in front of her. The person working served 6 people before us because she had to read the recipes for our sandwiches and seemed to find it complicated. She told us that it would be less complicated if we told her what we wanted in it, so we clarified that it was the recipes offered by Subway, that we ourselves didn't know the ingredients. She told us that she didn't know them by heart and that she had to read them. She told some customers that she had to place our order before since we had arrived before, but she did not do so. She continued to serve the customers in front of her. We remained polite, but our experience was really unpleasant. We didn't eat at the same time. One of the 4 people wanted a drink, but she didn't get it. Our sandwiches were good, like subway. But really unpleasant experience.We were 4 young adults who have worked in restaurants before and we have never received such terrible service.
