Casa del Carlo delivered a true gastronomic experience with steaks of exceptional tenderness, raviolis with complexity of aroma, and a Chef attentive and willing to bring it to next level.
We are regulars at this restaurant and this past weekend had 50 guests help us celebrate our 25th anniversary. The service was fantastic & the food as always was delicious. Thank you to Elisa, David, Angelo & all the staff who made this evening a wonderful night.
Amazing!!!!! They even mentioned that if they have the ingredients and it is not on the menu, they can make it for you....and my Scaloppini dijonaise ( that was not in the menu) was melt in your mouth amazing!!! Fabulous food and service!!!!
