Very nice experience! A typical sushi bar style and very friendly stuff. We always had hard time to chose what we want on the menu but John is so professional and helped a lot for recommendations, everything went super smooth and definitely will come back to try other dishes.

Exceptional restaurant. Excellent Makis. There are no better ones on the south shore. If you go to Montreal to eat sushi after being at Gyoka, you will be very disappointed even in the very big places. For quality and price, it's one of the nicest places, if not the best.

This Izakaya serves the best shrimp tempura I have ever had!!! The rest of the menu is good but not great. The prices are fair for a Izakaya. The service is fast and friendly.
After a long search and almost giving up, I finally discovered a great sushi restaurant in the Montreal region that offers a great variety of Sashimi. All of the sashimi were fresh and full of flavour. Next time I'll try more of the sushi rolls as well. It was relatively affordable compared to what you can find on the Island.
