Hartley Glaces et Chocolats

I used to love this ice cream place. They had the best homemade ice cream, and the prices were always quite reasonable. I come here fairly often with my kids. Unfortunately, the service has really declined lately, and the prices have gone up. While I understand price increases given today’s economy, I wish the service would reflect the higher cost.

On top of that, the portion sizes have significantly decreased, which makes it even more disappointing. During our last visit, the young woman who served us barely smiled or spoke to us. It left us wondering whether she simply wasn’t in the mood or if that’s just how customers are treated now.

I truly hope the owner reads this review and takes steps to improve both the service and the value, because the ice cream itself is still excellent.

I've been going too often to Hartley's since I was a kid, all the locations have always been great. Well worth the detour for some fantastic frozen treats.

Well, cannot suggest only one flavor coz all of them are amazing but cardamom was the one I liked the most. If ginger, guava or berries flavors are available, choose them!

Very good service. The ice creams are excellent and it's very quick, no need to wait for hours. If you live in Saint-Lambert or nearby I advise you to take a trip there at least once or several times.

Sunday evening, May 19, only one employee to serve everyone! Long weekend End. Two employees would have been preferable! Poor girl, she does the cash register as well as serving!

It was around 8:38 p.m. The tables and chairs were outside as well as the sign. The lights were on and an employee had her back to him. We knocked and the employee ignored us and left behind.She came back and we knocked nicely. She ignored us.We are really disappointed with his behavior.She could have just told us something

On Google, the timetable indicates that the creamery closes at 9:00 p.m., we arrived at 8:40 p.m. and it was closed. All the outdoor furniture was out, the open sign was in the door, the lights were on. There was an employee, we kindly knocked on the door and she ignored us. A group of 3 arrived, in short what a disappointment and what a lack of respect from this employee.

Very good, I recommend blueberry vanilla and mango. The atmosphere is very good and the employees are very friendly, I really recommend it. Prices are reasonable for the exceptional quality. I'm really satisfied.
