Les Assoiffés - Bistro

Food : I am a lover of all meat and even more smoked meat! So i was disappointed. We ordered the texan plateau for 2. The brisket was ok ...a bit dry...the beef ribs much better but there was little to no meat unfortunately and the chicken was ok. I may have had too much expectations after reading all the reviews.
Service: was ok but i found special that they placed us under the AC which was on and cold and i had to insist to have a table else where when it was almost empty. I suggested a table but the waitress refused saying there was a reservation but non one came.
It is true that the atmosphere is really nice, the location ...great and i can imagine how cool it could be to have drink there...inside or outside. We did not try other items on the menu so i can't really talk about it.

First time here so this is my review. The place is very nice and cozy, both outside and inside. The service was great. The variety of beers is perfect. Regarding the food, we ordered a mix of several meats to share and taste: the chicken was perfect, the pulled pork was good, the brisket was OK and the ribs were not good, they were tasty but so overcooked, no tenderness or sense of freshness, could've been much better.

Beer great, coleslaw and fries great, food was better when I went in February , the ribs and chicken are hard to eat , tough dry meat, one of the parties order was all wrong, bbq sauce cold so disappointed was a birthday outing

The Texas style brisket smoked in-house is deliciously tender and moist. The loaded baked potato as a side was to die for. Highly recommended!

Une superbe soirée passée à ce restaurant. Service agréable et polie. Nourriture excellente.

Ribs couldnt eat them way too salty, mybf ate those but said was dry and salty… beer choices horrible some tasted like water…no stout so my bf tried ariane tasted like an ipa go figure.. he is a beer lover and i had to drink it wasnt too bad but clearly was like an ipa .. he ended up drinking water.. i got lucky they have a mango cider that was excellent but its not a beer 🤷🏼‍♀️ Baked potato extra 5$ clearly not worth it mini and hid the green onions under sour cream we did specify we can eat those food intolerance but yet had some in it Replaced salade de choux with Extra 5$ ceasar not worth it was 2 bites and a huge crouton in the middle The place has a nice look and vibe but i felt like i wasted 160$ that night Plus the parking was a nightmare felt like we were in mtl

Quelle belle soirée passée aux Assoiffés! Dès notre arrivée, l’ambiance chaleureuse et l’odeur alléchante des grillades nous ont mis en appétit. Les plats étaient tout simplement délicieux : des cuissons parfaitement maîtrisées, des saveurs riches et fumées, et une présentation soignée. Chaque bouchée était un vrai plaisir. La carte des bières de microbrasserie est également très bien pensée, avec des choix variés qui s’accordent parfaitement avec le menu. Mais ce qui a vraiment fait toute la différence, c’est le service exceptionnel que nous avons reçu. Un énorme merci à Marianne, notre serveuse, pour son professionnalisme, sa gentillesse et son efficacité. Elle était attentive sans être envahissante, connaissait parfaitement les produits, a su nous conseiller avec justesse, et a toujours gardé le sourire, même dans les moments plus occupés. Son attitude positive et son souci du détail ont vraiment élevé notre expérience à un autre niveau. Un endroit où l’on sent que chaque client est pris en considération, et où la passion se retrouve autant dans l’assiette que dans le service. Je recommande sans réserve et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir

Very long service for drinks. Too long between services. Food meh. Frozen shrimp from Costco. Fish and chips, not fried and no flavor. Fries without spices. Will not return

The pub was just okay. The food was good enough, it was decent for the price. The staff was taking their time taking our orders despite having only another table to serve.

What a surprise. Quiz evening every Tuesday. A pure WoW I forgot what it is to be human and socialized with real people. What an incredible evening. The 4-meat carnivorous plate.

The new “smokehouse” style menu is really excellent!
