Terrible service. Served multiple times now by rude teenagers that obviously dont care about the clients. Took my drive thru order, paid, and told me to advance to parking lot even though noone was behind me or even went through the drive thru for the 15 minutes i waited for a simple quarter pounder trio. I was about to go in when they finally brought my order of a cold burger and cold, old fries with no straw for my coke. Its understandable if maybe that employee was having a bad day to be rude and not care. Repeatedly on different visits with different occasions, there is a problem with management. I have learened to drive the extra 10 minutes to Taschereau blvd where employees are curtious and my food is fresh and hot.

This place was a mess tonight! Not so busy, but none of the staff were keeping the place tidy. Sounds like they were having a fun time in the kitchen. Trays left at the tables, garbage and food on the floor, garbage bins full and stacks of trays not picked up. I guess the manager called in sick, or they were understaffed. Ususally this place is pretty clean, but tonight it was a disaster!

placed an order in the drive thru, after 15 minutes i went inside cuz they completely forgot about our order. they gave food to 4 clients that ordered after us. told them our order at the counter and they still managed to mess it up 👎

Service was pretty slow, but the food was decent and the staff was okay.

Does Pierre still work here? What a fine gentleman, last I heard he was travelling the country by chevre, always had that vintage vibe to him.

Be careful !!!! If for a medical condition your doctor recommends that you avoid caffeine…but a decaffeinated coffee is not a problem, just advise you that an employee (manager?) told an employee that next time, if it takes too long, just serve a regular coffee…. “it doesn’t matter” in his words.
