I was disappointed in the service by a young man who had no interest in what he was doing at this place.
The salad menus have been completely changed and if we want to give our opinion; the boy cuts off the young girl's good interest in going to see the owner. (Tells me no choice)... I was disappointed when I came away from such attitudes (of the young man), because I knew the former friendly owners and the salads, cakes were very good... real French; There was really a large clientele. Compare to today. I forgot!, often the counters are almost empty. No, it doesn't depend on what time.
In my opinion, Propio! They should be careful because in Saint-Lambert there are other places and the service is good and they want to know their products.
I add, before writing my comment I called and it was impossible to speak to those in charge. Always the same attitude of the young man who doesn't realize "that here in Saint-Lambert we talk to criticize bad service" when we are not happy we repeat too. Very bad experience in this bakery: I ordered a Liège waffle for five dollars, it was completely dry, hard and therefore inedible. I decided to kindly inform the saleswoman inside... she didn't offer me any commercial gesture... she told me that it was normal, that the waffles were made at the end of the week and that They weren't more than four days old... 4 DAYS!!, that they were made to harden... she didn't suggest I take anything else. She simply offered to reheat it... I'm very greedy by nature, but here, I preferred to abstain and give three quarters of my waffle that I had left to the squirrels and birds in the park. I obviously won't go back there.
