Pickup on Saturday, September 20, 2025 at about 5:25 PM at Sushi Shop, Carré Saint-Lambert, 299 Bd Sir-Wilfrid-Laurier, Saint-Lambert, Quebec J4R 2L1 . The woman at the counter gave me changing ETAs (5 → 10 → 15 → 20 minutes) then told me long time, long time while raising there voice and as i tried to ask a question she repeatedly cuts me and talks down to me, repeatedly interrupted me, raised her voice, and refused to give a straight answer. Her childish, rude behavior cost me an entire hour of my only two-hour rush window — money I need to support my family. Management needs to address this staff member’s conduct immediately. You have the camera footage and I've provided the time and date. Unprofessional, rude, and zero knowledge about customer service or the simple way to talk to another human being. Zero respect and to think I kept my cool and kept my tone low, which she took advantage of and just kept being childish and rude. Absolutely disgusting and should never have been or ever be tolerated. I'll have to make a complaint.

I’ve been to this Sushi Shop three times in the past few weeks and every time my Ibiza combo is made incorrectly. The Tokyo maki is always missing the black masago, green onion, spicy mayo, and truffle oil. Dragon rolls are also missing spicy mayo, lemon and red masago. I always leave notes asking not to forget these, but it’s never done right. I feel bad leaving a bad review because the staff is very friendly and kind, but I am disappointed to keep paying for something that’s not what I asked for. They also don’t seem trained to scan the Sushi Shop points card. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back. I even added their images from their site of the maxi, and a photo of what I received.

Bought sushi for almost 40$ and had plastic in them.

Got food poisoning 6hours after eating.

Every time we order there, the food is delicious, but the atmosphere is terrible. The poor person at the register is always getting yelled at by the cooks/ bosses. The first time, it was a young girl at the register, the second time, a young man. I felt bad and awkward for the poor person trying to help us. This time, the cook was screaming at the poor boy, and she was saying I had the wrong infos about my order. Will not go again. If you’re the person at the register, hope they’re paying you well.

Their poke bowl is fresh and delicious! It’s one of the best I had. The karaage is tender but a bit in the salty side. The sushi and tempura is as what you would expect. Their bobas are okay but the pearls are stuck together. There is ample parking in the plaza. The staff is patient with our questions. Condiments usually are expected to come with the tempura and sushi but we had to request for them during our visit. Washroom is clean. Altogether a decent experience.

Worst sushi resturant ever and the workers are mean

I ordered with Uber, the sushi was poorly cut, no soy sauce, no baguette, no napkin, too bad I paid in advance, otherwise I would never have bought them. Never at their place again.

I ordered sushi from here through Uber Eats. The food was not tasty and did not seem fresh. Later throughout the night, I started feeling sick and really nauseous. I definitely got some indigestion from it. My partner as well. We will not be ordering from here again.

Very good service, social and smiling employee. The room is not really made for eating.

The food there is very good. The pokebal a little spicier than elsewhere if that suits your tastes!
