Do NOT eat there, I was sick for two days and I even told the lady the lobster tasted weird.

I’ve been to this Sushi Shop three times in the past few weeks and every time my Ibiza combo is made incorrectly. The Tokyo maki is always missing the black masago, green onion, spicy mayo, and truffle oil. Dragon rolls are also missing spicy mayo, lemon and red masago. I always leave notes asking not to forget these, but it’s never done right. I feel bad leaving a bad review because the staff is very friendly and kind, but I am disappointed to keep paying for something that’s not what I asked for. They also don’t seem trained to scan the Sushi Shop points card. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back. I even added their images from their site of the maxi, and a photo of what I received.

Every time we order there, the food is delicious, but the atmosphere is terrible. The poor person at the register is always getting yelled at by the cooks/ bosses. The first time, it was a young girl at the register, the second time, a young man. I felt bad and awkward for the poor person trying to help us. This time, the cook was screaming at the poor boy, and she was saying I had the wrong infos about my order. Will not go again. If you’re the person at the register, hope they’re paying you well.

Their poke bowl is fresh and delicious! It’s one of the best I had. The karaage is tender but a bit in the salty side. The sushi and tempura is as what you would expect. Their bobas are okay but the pearls are stuck together. There is ample parking in the plaza. The staff is patient with our questions. Condiments usually are expected to come with the tempura and sushi but we had to request for them during our visit. Washroom is clean. Altogether a decent experience.

I ordered with Uber, the sushi was poorly cut, no soy sauce, no baguette, no napkin, too bad I paid in advance, otherwise I would never have bought them. Never at their place again.

I ordered sushi from here through Uber Eats. The food was not tasty and did not seem fresh. Later throughout the night, I started feeling sick and really nauseous. I definitely got some indigestion from it. My partner as well. We will not be ordering from here again.

1 star is already too much Service quite lost both for customers before and after me. There was a piece of plastic in one of my tacos that I almost swallowed...and if it would have been one of the but children who would have eaten it I would prefer not to think about it! last time I go to this place and you should do the same...
