Food is fresh and good! Staff is friendly and effective! One pessimist thing I have to say is that the AC situation needs to be improved it is hot in here🥵 oh and the washroom is unavailable 🥲

Undercooked, unseasoned chicken wings. 3 chicken bites and an handfull of undercooked fries, no sauce. Overall tasteless. Waste of money. I'll never come back

Forgot my eggroll, but the cook went out of his way to bring it to me. Such a kind and thoughtful gesture, really appreciated!

Ordered Spice Fries & PopBok but received unseasoned fries and 4 weird little pieces of unseasoned, overcooked chicken?? Pictures show what I ordered online vs what I received.

Also ordered chicken pad see ew and the chicken was overcooked, noodles were dry, paid $4 for extra vegetables and barely got any.

Gave 2 stars because most of the food was... edible. Definitely never having Thai Express again.

Mixed feelings about this place.
Ordered the pad sew as usual at this chain. The staff is very nice and friendly. Even with their thick accents they try to greet you and wish you a good day as best they can.

The store is very poorly maintained tho. The booths feel sticky. The tables look dirty. Even the plants they have look badly maintained. Instead of watering them regularly, they have a plastic water bottle in the soil. That's an easy 10$ fix to elevate the store with an actual product that does the same job but looks nicer.

The food is tasty, the pas sew had the right amount of sauce and flavor. BUT when I was almost done with my meal I noticed some white stuff on one of the noodles. Turns out it was moldy.

The lack of care regarding cleaning is clearly reflected in their maintenance of the food.

It's really too bad because the staff seems really nice and the cook is good.

This store has bad management.

Tout simplement pas mangeable $17.00 aux poubelles dernière fois c’est certain , en plus j’avais demandé un pad thaï singapour crevette c’était bien inscrit sur la facture ,il me donne un pad thaï tout court, il fait tellement noir dans ce restaurant ont ne voit pas ce que le cuisinier fait ,quand je suis arrivé chez moi ,je me suis dit , bon c’est une erreur mais c’était dégeux en plus .

Consistent great pad see, always well cooked, taste is always to notch, I just visited another Thai and I just realized how lucky we are to have them close by.

Service is ok at best, especially at cash. Also, dining room is filthy, you can write your name in the dust, floors are filthy... see pics. It was filthy during NON-rush! If the dining room is filthy, I wonder how the the backroom looks???
