Sucks when you have a kid who is highly allergic to dairy and you can’t just buy one non dairy dilly bar you need to buy the box! What happens if people walk there to grab an ice cream with their kids and one is allergic to dairy , they are suppose to buy a full box of non dairy ice cream sticks and take the rest on their WALK for them all to just melt ?! Come on Dairy Queen ! You used to sell them in singles but no? Do better for the highly allergic kiddos ! 🤬

Twice we've ordered Blizzards, been charged full price for them and not been warned that they are out of an ingredient. The server takes the money without saying a thing! When we've gone back to point out that something is missing, they simply say: "we don't have any." What? Tell me this upfront so I can change my order if I want to. And offer a discount if you have to leave something out.🙄

Restaurantji Recommends
Received new DQ coupons in the mail a week ago that don't expire for another month. Decided to give the local DQ a try. Was told they don't have these coupons in their system, and I'm free to take everything I ordered at full price. Will continue enjoying DQ in the future but not as this particular franchise in Saint-Lazare.
