Royal Pizzeria Express

I ordered on Monday night at 745pm and all I asked for was 2 large pizzas and a poutine. They have a promo that gives you salad, wings and drinks. And since I didn’t want the salad and wings they sent me an extra poutine. 80$ later, the pizza was ok, but the entire poutine is in the compost. The fries were grey and undercooked, the cheese was barely melted and the gravy didn’t taste like poutine sauce. I’m sorry but I don’t recommend this restaurant.

Words can’t describe how unpalatable the food was. The fries were burned and unseasoned. The chicken wings were dry and hard to manducate. The pizza was clearly made with canned sauce and store bought dough.Not to mention that the wings were supposed to be served with BBQ sauce, but instead came with poutine sauce. The price was outrages for the lamentable quality of the food and the service. We ordered the food at 5:45 pm and it arrived at 7:11pm which is just disappointing. All and all to say that we will not be ordering ever again from the place and we strongly suggest you to not order from here and spend your hard earned money else where.

The best pizza in the immediate Saint-Lazare area hands down. It’s your classic delivery style pizza but wow is it on point. The base isn’t too thick, the toppings and cheese are bountiful, fresh and delicious and, best of all, they even offer a stuffed crust. Just can’t go wrong with Royal.

Probably the WORST pizza our family has ever had. Hands down. Ordered an xlarge meat lovers and xlarge pepperoni with a large fry last night. The fries were cold and as hard a rocks like they'd been put back in the fryer over and over again 1 million times. Threw the whole container out. Not even edible. The pizzas were revolting! Soggy dough and soooo much grease! No taste what so ever. No taste of sauce maybe because there was none. Just a white soggy mess with literally NO taste to the pizza. The pepperoni didn't even have any flavor. Will NEVER waste our money on this place again. $70 in the garbage! Absolutely shameful!

Terrible service and reliability. We came by late PM yesterday to place an order for over $100 that we definitely needed for today at noon. The person there confirmed our order for Thursday noon. I showed up at 11:50 a.m., the restaurant was closed even though the opening time said 11 a.m. Called several times but line busy, impossible to reach them. No one on site. Place that will be crossed off my list for life. ?
