For one of my favorite fastfood, this one is bad.
Food is over cooked, but at least we choose what's in it.
Service is mediocre, french\english not good or just absent minded.
Bathroom filthy, wear a full body suit if you have no choice.

I arrived at the store at 11.30 pm on a saturday, according to the schedule posted on the door, and online, the store closes at 12pm (midnight); however, I was rudely sent away by their employees. Maybe the clock works differently for them.
If you are going to establish your schedule for midnight, you should take customers until 11.59, not disregard them 30 minutes before closing time.
I also work in fast food and understand the amount of tasks that come with closing, but this is a fast food place, people come here with the expectation of a quick meal and good/fast service during times where other places are closed.
Very disappointed from this experience, and given the rating and reviews from others, I assume this is a common thing with this restaurant. Want some advice, maybe try running the business differently.

Why the hell would you close the doors at 11:35 PM when it shows closes 12 AM on google! There are people who are visiting and come there specifically to have food as there are less options available at this time. Such a waste of time, and even staff starts waving us off, like cmon man this is how you run a business, no shit the rating is 3.7.

I ordered through ubereats .once I got there to pick up order restaurant was closed at 11:55pm.I knocked on the window and worker told me they never received the order.But uber and Harvey's charged me

When I arrived there was only one person in front of me to order, one working in the kitchen, another preparing sandwiches and another outside cleaning. Ordering them online will start to arrive quickly, like 3 in 10 minutes. The cook started to get upset, there was a bang in the kitchen area. After a while the man who cleaned came in and started preparing the drinks for the internet orders. More kept coming.
Before the lady in front managed to hook up the drinks guy so she could order, she asked the sandwich guy how much more or less was left before she could order; He told me five minutes. He told me that he had many orders online and that they were few, to which I replied: Yes, I see it.
There were already about 6 people waiting. A boy appeared and started to help the person with online orders. The lady who was ahead of me finished ordering and stood on the side of the bar to complete her order. I quickly approached the bar. Online orders were accumulated two by two in the ticket machine. The one who was cleaning and then came in to help by putting drinks looked at me, I said: All those orders go before me? He smiled, he didn't answer me, he left shortly because his shift had ended.
The first woman was waiting because there were some hamburgers to be made that she had ordered, the entire grill was full, whoever is preparing the orders online points out to those who come to pick it up, all the tickets she has on the table to prepare, more than 6 for sure.
Anyway, seeing the panorama, that orders were still coming out, that there were 3 in total, that more than 45 minutes had already passed, the queue of people there, I decided to ask again when I could order my food; The man politely told me that there was a lot of work, there were few, many orders, etc... but I insisted and told him: yeah, but when? From there, the lady jumped out, with her order half done for a long time; He says the same thing as always: there are few of them, look at how many online orders they have, the manager is disastrous. To which I explained that I saw the same thing and agreed, but I want to know when they are going to decide to start taking note of the people who were there. The man begins to warm up and contently told me: after serving the lady, he attended to me, but of course, that lady had already been waiting for a while for the part of her order to be finished cooking, lost among all the other orders in line. So when I see that the other person approaches the cook commenting on something, I decide to say goodbye and move on from those people who had passed me by for more than 45 minutes.
going through the queue and due to the commotion that had formed, people came to repeat the same thing to me, making excuses for the situation, for my part I explained the same thing to them, I do what I want with my time and spend it where I want. If the cook doesn't have an answer given the situation after 45 minutes, I think it's easy to know what to do.
I have been there more than 4 times and I never had a problem, inconvenience or anything.

Cheap Harvey's.. I been coming here for years and it used to be good but now it shows the quality lacks. Lack of staff, food sitting getting cold and one person taking 4-5 orders then making sandwiches.. food isn't good.. order placed mobile while i was at the store.. the poor worker was so backed up by the time he got to my order everything was cold. Owners really need to start caring.
