Painfully long to get your order, we were literally the only order on the board, with a couple of cars on the drive through, and it took at least 20 minutes. Staff is extremely slow, and always looks very confused. At least the order came correct with nothing missing or messed up

Service is always slow even at 10 pm!!!! After waiting ten minutes in the drive thru, the lady barely understood me I had to scream at the microphone. Then when I finally ordered, I waited ANOTHER ten minutes just to pay!! Overall not satisfied with the service.

This location it’s the worst evening teams ( Thursday, 07/10/25 ) from drive-thru to manager. So we place an order mobile and already paid with our credit card, been charged in our bank statement and also got a receipt by email. Show them proof and still doesn’t want to give our order. The manager was rude and have zero experience in any scenario. Just keep arguing! Need better teams in the evening.

If you're thinking that a McDonald's on the side of the 40 looks tantalizing enough for a quick stop, just continue driving. there's a boatload of restaurants nearby. I've gone here 2 times in my life which means that I am insane. the first time, I waited nearly 15 minutes for an order of fries while there was no line. the second time is right now, I've been waiting for 25 minutes for an order of nuggets and fries. I think they are in the back slaughtering the chickens, harvesting the potatoes, and they must have sent someone to the sea for fresh salt. it is almost comedic, if it wasn't me being implicated in this scenario of McDonald's limbo. I am starting a GoFundMe to have the owner sent to a business school of some sort to learn business acumen and to better run a business that should be raking money due to the location.
