Dated. Service is mid to mediocre, kind of place where they’re all chilling and taking it easy, but that leads to them being disorganized. Drive through speaker wasn’t working. Didn’t have the thing I wanted and ordered on the app, so I had to cancel the whole order and make a new order, but then it wouldn’t let me cancel the order, so I ended up paying for two orders. Took 3 days for someone to answer my text support request. A lot of work for some Wendy’s man.

I usually don't like to give bad reviews unless it is really deserved, but in this case I think it is warranted. I dropped in for a breakfast baconator combo and was TOTALY DISGUSTED as the dark skinned woman who was cleaning the men's toilets quickly rushed out of the bathroom once she got an order on her headset. Without washing her hands (she wasn't wearing gloves it seems) she proceeded to the takeout window, took the order and started to serve food. REALLY UNSANITARY I think. I don't think after seeing this I will ever go back

They are so dirty. The washrooms are filthy and I ordered a large fry and was given a small instead. If the restaurant is dirty, imagine the food. I only tried to eat there because I was desperate
