I usually don't like to give bad reviews unless it is really deserved, but in this case I think it is warranted. I dropped in for a breakfast baconator combo and was TOTALY DISGUSTED as the dark skinned woman who was cleaning the men's toilets quickly rushed out of the bathroom once she got an order on her headset. Without washing her hands (she wasn't wearing gloves it seems) she proceeded to the takeout window, took the order and started to serve food. REALLY UNSANITARY I think. I don't think after seeing this I will ever go back

They are so dirty. The washrooms are filthy and I ordered a large fry and was given a small instead. If the restaurant is dirty, imagine the food. I only tried to eat there because I was desperate

CHECK YOUR BILL. !!!!!!!!!! Some employees will mess up your bill. Moreover, instead of apologizing properly and returning the difference to your original payment method, the employee will be like you are making tiny things huge. (EXCUSE ME?????? It’s STILL MONEY) (will intentionally give you coins instead of returning the money back to your card)

It was AWFUL! I was in for the f1 race and wanted to get some food before hand, I ordered the #10 combo with a pink lemonade and got an egg only sandwich, disgusting lemonade and half a thing of fries. When I went up with my bf (because we both got the same thing, and they both were missing all BLT components) they kept asking if we just wanted cheese? Like yes id like some cheese with my egg but at the same time id love to have all my BLT ingredients you know???? I had to straight up ask for each ingredient individually and they still were confused.
Sat down and now obviously eating the cold sandwich (not their fault) and the egg... the egg was undercooked, like wet, like someone dunked a cookie in milk soggy.
All this was happening while a guy on a phone call was yelling at his phone.

Apart from the men's bathrooms needing a little more attention, the service is excellent and the staff is quite friendly and smiling, at least the ones I've encountered. I recommend this Wendy's and every other Wendy's over any McDonald's for flavor, freshness and product quality!
There is staff is very rude also manager she is don’t know how to talk to people please don’t come this store

I didnt actually go there I ordered with Uber Eats and I especially wrote no pickles no sauces and no cheese (im a picky eater) but guess what the burger had mayo, ketchup, cheese, and pickles. IM VERY DISSAPOINTED. THAT WAS MY FIRST TIME EATING WENDY'S AND SURELY THE LAST.

They completely forgot the baconator from our meal, we ordered two chicken tenders, two fries a drink and baconator, how do you forget the most important part of the baconator meal, trash. I’m left hungry, disappointed, and unsatisfied. I’m actually upset, not even a baconator wrapper bruh.
