Dated. Service is mid to mediocre, kind of place where they’re all chilling and taking it easy, but that leads to them being disorganized. Drive through speaker wasn’t working. Didn’t have the thing I wanted and ordered on the app, so I had to cancel the whole order and make a new order, but then it wouldn’t let me cancel the order, so I ended up paying for two orders. Took 3 days for someone to answer my text support request. A lot of work for some Wendy’s man.
I always love this, specially on routes or for grab and go but never tried full menu of theirs just been eating chicken burger and wrap. Would love to explore more and give review about it on my social media platforms.

Apart from the men's bathrooms needing a little more attention, the service is excellent and the staff is quite friendly and smiling, at least the ones I've encountered. I recommend this Wendy's and every other Wendy's over any McDonald's for flavor, freshness and product quality!
