If I could give it a 0/5 I would.
I have never had a problem at any A&W. Always lived up to my expectations, but this one really disappointed me!

A bill for 2 at $50 is fine. The problem is mainly with the articles. Chicken strips as thin as a sheet of paper, same with the chubby burger. We taste the breading more than the chicken because it is so non-existent.
Then, the cheese in the poutine tasted old, still good of course, but old.
And what's more, all the liquors in the fountain were flat or tasted like water.

In short, I am very disappointed and do not intend to return to this rental. I'll stick with the ones that offer really good food.

We were 2 cars, mine went to the A&W and the other decided to go to the Tim on the other side. They had their meal in time for 4 people and I was alone at the A&W and it took 10 minutes longer! I'll go to Tim's next time!

Zero service! Stop at 8pm on a Friday evening and none of the 3 employees came to the counter to take my order. I still waited a good 5 minutes and tried to get their attention ?

I will only remember the positive thing that the employees were smiling! 20 minutes of waiting at the drive-thru for 3 chicken strips and a burger! Our order had been given to someone else and we ate it cold! Next time we will go to Saint-Huber opposite.

Super good but no charging stations

Avoid at all costs. You have been warned.Terrible customer service. I live in Ontario, and on my way through Quebec stopped at this location to grab food. Terrible quaility, messy, gross and lazy customer service. Made a complaint online, the manager or owner shrugged me off, said that they apologized and they spoke to the staff. What does an apology do when you have poor customer service, both from your staff and the manager? Would not dine here if it was the last spot that served food on Earth.I have worked in customer service a long time, and these people/the manager needs to understand how you treat your customers reflects on the business, and these staff members clearly do not care about their customers, or the company values.

La bouffe goûtait comme à tous les autres A&W, donc correct. En terme de compétence pour le service à l'auto, c'est assez de base. Quand ta job c'est de vendre des burgers pour apporter à des gens qui sont sur la route,, en majorité, tu devrais au minimum faire le lien d'ajouter des napkins et ketchup dans le sac. Training recommandé. Merci
