Working only One girl ,
No sense of customer handling and preparing orders

She is using phone while preparing food and with same hands without gloves she made my order .

After 3 pm

One poor slow girl taking ALL order first ( you paid and can't leave ) starts to fry potatoes of all orders all together, making all sandwiches of all orders ... leaves everything for now, tke drive thru orders , starts to prepare, take orders of new clients ( they paid and can't leave ) back to cold fries that was done 15 min ago .. oh time for garbage..etc back to drive thru then clients inside ...etc , what about hiring only 10 staff members because you make alot ot $$$$$

Always fresh and delicious. Any burger in lettuce leaves is available. Sweet potato fries is the best.

We were there around 16:30, before the dinner rush, and it wasn’t busy at all. There were at least 3 employees and very little activity. One of the employees was complaining loudly about having been at work for 6 hours. Yet the bathroom had multiple paper towels on the floor and looked a mess. The area where people leave their trays was overflowing with people’s garbage on trays. I was surprised that no one bothered to start cleaning these as it was quiet, and the dinner rush was probably less than an hour away.

If I could give it a 0/5 I would.
I have never had a problem at any A&W. Always lived up to my expectations, but this one really disappointed me!

A bill for 2 at $50 is fine. The problem is mainly with the articles. Chicken strips as thin as a sheet of paper, same with the chubby burger. We taste the breading more than the chicken because it is so non-existent.
Then, the cheese in the poutine tasted old, still good of course, but old.
And what's more, all the liquors in the fountain were flat or tasted like water.

In short, I am very disappointed and do not intend to return to this rental. I'll stick with the ones that offer really good food.

We were 2 cars, mine went to the A&W and the other decided to go to the Tim on the other side. They had their meal in time for 4 people and I was alone at the A&W and it took 10 minutes longer! I'll go to Tim's next time!

Zero service! Stop at 8pm on a Friday evening and none of the 3 employees came to the counter to take my order. I still waited a good 5 minutes and tried to get their attention ?
