18 December 2025 time 9 pm young lady putt alot of sugar in my tea i am diabetic she refused to exchange my tea
I placed a mobile order, then when I opened it on the road it was the wrong wraps. I contacted Guest Care since I don't live closely, and they said to call the restaurant. The restaurant said to fill out the Inaccurate order form, which I did, then Guest Care once again said I had to contact the store. Apparently no one is responsable for customer service.

it is advisable for those to whom time is everything coz it may take 30 mins to grab to your order we ordered two wraps and coffee double double
firstly we waited at counter to order and attendent went to make something for someone in middle of our order taking process and we received wraps after 7 mins we already finished coffee

great place to stop at irving but everytime i went to tim hortons its long wait to order , even they are not busy still the employees moving slow then Turtles🐢 30 min and still waiting
for a tea and wrap? seriously??
never gonna stop here again, after this much wait what i get is wrong order with great design.
Worst ever. Biscuits were burned black, and cold. Not enough people working. 20-25 min wait for cold food that was burnt. Lines 8-10 people long 3 people taking orders.

I am now in contact with Tim Hortons corporate. This place is ridiculous 1 person working drive through online orders and counter. Sat there 20 min and still didn’t get a coffee while only 2 in line in front of me. Time to reorganize this place or shut it down.

The staff on Sep 3 2025 around 11am are all so amazing! They are friendly and smile at every customer. Seldom do I see such good customer service in other branches. They deserve a raise!

Worst fast food or any restaurant for that matter. Looks like everyone is either lost or not sure after 45 mins , yes 45 mins for a wrap. And my friend’s bowl is only 25% filled. Crazy place

If I had zero, I could give you that. I ordered from the long line and still waited for 30 minutes. They still don’t have any clue about my order. This is the worst service I’ve ever gotten from Tim Hortons.
