Makes 3 times medium coffee 1, 1 and I sip at the end, full of grain in my throat. Morning around 8am, I can't go there. I stop at exit 152... very bad dsl 3 times in 2 weeks.....

What poor food quality.
I paid $6 this morning for a large black and a bran and raisin muffin. Clearly the muffin was not fresh today...or the day before!!! it was hard and crispy like burnt toast!!! At the price paid I expect better quality food!!!

Nobody at the counter is rude to customers. Total lack of respect and politeness. We don't yell at customers...
Perhaps lack of customer service training...

Just to mention that the music in the carpet on Saturday morning...not the radio, a playlist at 6:30 a.m. 7 a.m. was something!! Ordinary a little have a relaxed coffee

The guy at Night shift want arguments with Tim Horton’s customer. I asked for small double double but the coffee was cold i told him to give me fresh coffee but he put the cup in the microwave i dislike microwave drinks, after he refunded for that order and didn’t get my new order and giving threatening to me that he is calling police on me i have everything on camera whole video of refusing to take a order and calling police on Tim Hort customer

This place is a no no the supervisor had a right attitude I told her my coffee was cold and she woukd not make another one. I payed fir a hit beverage and get a cold one there coming here again and I will be calling head office

Response to owner I have made this official with head office and asked for action to be taken and I also asked to be notified on what action was taken
. Our order was cut short as children did not get there food and it was payed for. To be threaten with the police on 2 cold coffee was extreme my wife was firous as was I and to be out pocket on the money we spent

Customer service left to desire. He cares too much about the drive-thru than the people inside the restaurant. Instead of being efficient and serving customers quickly according to Tim Hortons standards, it's a joke....
