it is advisable for those to whom time is everything coz it may take 30 mins to grab to your order we ordered two wraps and coffee double double firstly we waited at counter to order and attendent went to make something for someone in middle of our order taking process and we received wraps after 7 mins we already finished coffee

great place to stop at irving but everytime i went to tim hortons its long wait to order , even they are not busy still the employees moving slow then Turtlesš¢ 30 min and still waiting for a tea and wrap? seriously?? never gonna stop here again, after this much wait what i get is wrong order with great design.

Worst fast food or any restaurant for that matter. Looks like everyone is either lost or not sure after 45 mins , yes 45 mins for a wrap. And my friendās bowl is only 25% filled. Crazy place

Hey there! I had a bit of a rough experience at this store recently. The staff seemed a bit short on patience, and there were a lot of customers waiting for their orders. It seemed like they only had two people working, and there was no manager around. If anything went wrong, they just voided and refunded the money to the customers and staff. It was a bit frustrating to see the staff just walk out without even acknowledging us.
I wouldnāt recommend coming to this store for anything right now.

It took half an hour to receive our order (two large coffees and a bottle of water) on a Sunday afternoon. The restaurant itself was rather crowded, yet the employees were taking their time and moving slowly as if it were dead in there. I'm typically incredibly understanding of wait times in food service (I work in it myself), but it's difficult to keep that patience when it doesn't seem like anyone behind the counter is trying. I'm not looking to get any of them in trouble (for all I know it was their first day), but as a manager, if my staff were meandering around with a line of people waiting 20+ minutes regardless of what they ordered, I'd want to know immediately. They didn't seem like they cared. :(
