Big lack of respect between them in front of customers. Furthermore, when ordering at the counter I was suffocating in the cigarette smoke coming from behind the kitchen. The fries are sandy 🤢 and what's more they dare to increase the entire menu by $2 each meal and everything on the menu too. I know for sure that they just put white stickers with their new prices on top of the old ones 😅 Result, 1 trio #1 (1 poutine 2 hot dogs) plus 2 other steamers = $28 Phew... not worth it at all. The place is dirty and decaying, in short... just don't go there🫥

The supposed owner who tells us that grated cheese is better in his poutine than cheese curds wow...to a customer, because the gentleman couldn't have cheese curds. Not famous yen have lost this place!

Dirty, poorly maintained restaurant, liquor in the fountain tasted musty. In short, just a disgusting restaurant to avoid at all costs

Unfortunately, from one time to the next the dishes are not all of the same quality. Psr example on my last visit, the cooking plate was full of leftover food from previous dishes... Which had been heating for probably 1-2-3 hours... So, it tasted like a mixture of lots of things. In short, the experience in this restaurant is not the most "grandiose". That said, it's still a fast food restaurant, so expectations can't be too high either!

In my opinion it's one of the worst restaurants the restaurant is basically good but the employees are not clean he doesn't wear gloves and the fries are always burnt it's cheap but it's been at least 5 years they haven't done a reno and everything is dirty

A poutine like I loved eating DISGUSTING. Ask for a large extra cheese poutine, Double cheese and 1 steamed.
Trouble making the hot dogs, the cheese burger with wet bread in time to say it and above all... lukewarm fries and no sauce on the fries I've never seen that, I had the impression of having eaten fries with cheese and no SAUCE 🤬🤬🤬 I had the impression that they had dropped my fries in the sand 🤬🤬🤬
