Every time I call the restaurant to report an error or another problem, the manager and employee are really not polite, they talk stupid! I find it quite ordinary when you work in customer service to speak to the customer in this way…

He forgot my 4 fries in my when I returned with the bill no apology for having made a mistake and they practically called me thieves telling me that he had no proof that I didn't have my fries I said you have cameras everywhere plus making me wait almost 10 minutes for fries with no compensation for the mistake When just an apology for the mistake would have been acceptable.

They forget to put the fries in the only trio of the order
When you come in to notify them, well they give you a fries in an envelope (so child size tsé) rather than the usual fries

Call to inform them that they made a mistake on my order, the girl who picks up at 16.09 incredible insulting as well as rude, I inform her that I received the wrong order so she directs me to doordash without apology or anything cutting me off and shouting, I already told her ma'am it was you who made the mistake what does this have to do with them and she replied yes yes that's how it works. I contact doordash and they tell me no it's not calling us!! this place in St Lin is the worst McDonald's I've seen if only there were zero stars
