For my part, I ordered 2 pizzas, 2 fries and a spag this evening, I order every week but today they send a lasagna, it's not the end of the world but my daughter wanted a spag, I worked for a long time in the restaurant, the one who responded to the phone was really stupid, no one apologizes for the mistakes neither her nor the delivery man when he delivered the spag. I can understand that it's Saturday and it's busy except that one 《we're sorry ma'am for the error we send you your spag, 》

I have to edit my review. We got an extra pepperoni pizza yesterday and it was horrible. Missing cheese all over the pizza, pepperoni wasn't the same as usual, it tasted horrible and it looked like it was ready for a while. It looks dry on the top....but the french fry....let me tell you....serve people fresh products. Even my dog didn't want to eat it. It was dry and cold and they charged us $6 for it. Disgusting. I am actually good to never give my money to them again. So tired of this type of service.
It's always good and delivered quickly, since I live in St-Esprit I always order there. There is stock on the pizza, lots of cheese. The poutine is good, the pasta is good, keep it up, it’s perfect ?

HOW TO SCRAP YOUR CUSTOMERS???Today Saturday February 10, 2024 8 pm,My partner orders at the counter,30 minutes later he received his order...5 minutes away we live.Our plate of skewers and a poutine arrives cold...The only thing that's hot is the salad...I call to say that the lady is not happy... that my plate is cold and that it's been 40 minutes since I ordered...The operator told me that there were 2 orders before me...I just want to eat hot?!!?She tells me to put it inthe microwave!I didn't pay $40 to eat soggy potatoes because you forget your orders on the serving hatch and you forget your customers T.O.I ask her to redo my order and she tells me ok I'll redo the plate of skewers, but not the Poutine...Eh ?My partner returns with the cold order to the restaurant....He calls me from the restaurant to tell me that the receptionist is rude to him, she puts her hands in the plate that we brought back and persists, saying that it's hot...She looks at my partner and tells him that it's a waste of food...Another employee gets involved by ironizing the situation... saying that we should have gone to get our order from the kitchen so that it would be hot hot hot...We have been customers for 6 years...Next time it's the lady who will pick up her order....My partner told him...I have been ordering regularly for several weeks and I am satisfied with the cuisine...But having to tug with a receptionist/telephone operatorto eat hot and my partner who is ridiculed at the counter for having a hot meal?Dear owner of Resto Barba'sDo you find this normal?You forget your orders on the serving pass,You forget your customers T.O,You seem to be putting on a dramatic piece of art every time we order on Saturday.You're getting excited like a virgin because the cook dropped a bowl in the kitchen...Rather than seeking attention and looks from all sides,Would it be possible for her to focus on these orders and customers?It's not okay to blame your customers for your shortcomings...She seems better at drama than at customer service...I hope for next time,be entitled to quality service worthy of a restaurant...THANKS
