What a disservice!! This evening I have to wait almost 10 minutes at the entrance and no one comes to see me even though it is written to wait until we are assigned a place!, I have to go to the kitchen to say that I am here!Afterwards, no waitress came to see me even though I had been seated for about 15 minutes! Then the waitress walks past me, looks at me without saying good evening or I'll arrive in 2 minutes!Finally I leave after 20 minutes without having eaten or being offered a glass of water! And it was 6:30 p.m.!! I can't imagine what it's like when they're in the dinner rush!!

Had a really bad experience. The waitress we had was very unexperienced. Forgot everyones drinks, but kept on serving everyone elses' drinks. Then everyone received their plate in my party except my 3 year old daughter and she only received her plate maybe 20 minutes later. Everyone was pretty much finised her meal by the time she received hers. Very slow service, no apologies or anything , we were just told her meal was comming. Asked for a condiment for our meal and we waited over 15 minutes while watching our waitress continuosly serve other customers. Very dissappointed. First time in my life that i did not leave the 15% because i was truly unsatisfied with my service. I will never come back here. Nightmare.
Be careful, one person asked for their carbonara without bacon, they made a mistake and when they gave her the closed dish again, she noticed later that he was emptying half the dish.

Having been a customer of Mikes for a while, I find that their management does not attract much clientele. Some popular dishes have disappeared as well as certain employees who made the place pleasant. It seems that the staff no longer have access to the music and Mikes radio sometimes puts customers to sleep. Not to mention the beer promotion which is no longer…. In short, Mikes St Lin must review its management.
