A great stay at a well appointed hotel! Nice fluffy towels, a comfortable bed and coffee maker. Be sure to request a river side room with balcony. The marina restaurant main course was a bit sad flank steak with fries and a few veggies for $38 but you can't beat the atmosphere!!

Not worth the price. The quality of service is very disappointing.

We went to Brunch this Sunday
$160.00 for 2 people with cold and overcooked roast beef……no choice in the buffet. Meals in bad taste and in economical mode. They focus on the beauty of the decor, big brand, small store. The staff is professional, and attentive, it’s very sad for them.

Just disappointed...
I only book for Sunday brunch and I note that it is for my friend's birthday (place where I had already been👌😇), the service at the time was impeccable and beautiful and good food quality and visually pleasing to the eye….
Now, they explain to me that if I want cold meats or smoked salmon, I have to choose between the two dishes, because it is a small starter that they serve themselves due to previous customer abuse....
At $60/person (plus fees and service)…
The brunch was left abandoned (almost empty dishes and sticky serving utensils) and to top it off, there was a dead insect floating in the mimosa brought without the waiter noticing...
I simply left the place...
The appetite was no longer there, nor the heart to celebrate...😔
The manager knew my situation, he showed up at the table I was about to leave, he acknowledged that the dishes were "as mentioned" and apologized, did not charge me any fees and respectfully wished me to come back, which I appreciated despite the situation experienced… I am still looking for a good quality brunch for my Sundays…

We came here for a small get away and will definitely go back. It has everything you could possibly need, great place to relax and unwind. While at the restaurant I noticed a couples Ohio accent, they said it was their 4th time there over the years. That says alot. It is a small family business, the housekeeper is a Jill of all trades, she up keeps the spa and the outside too. She has worked at the same place for 30 plus years and says they are also great employers. Loved everything about this place💜

I really enjoyed the stay. Comfortable and extremely quiet room... Desmarais pavilion. Beautiful view of Richelieu. Pleasant environment with swimming pool and spa.

A magnificent setting on the banks of the Richelieu, various small and large buildings to receive us.
The bedroom is spacious with a very comfortable and cozy king-size bed.
We only stayed a few hours (12:30 p.m. until 11 a.m.) but it was very good. Possibility of arriving outside opening hours. Small problem finding the room, the plan did not correspond to the room number. She was found after going through all the buildings 😅.
In short, superb setting and pleasant place. To do again🤗

Extremely disappointed with the restaurant.
The staff is not smiling, the food is very ordinary for the quality on the plate.

We went on a Saturday (6 people), we had reservations. They asked us for 7 p.m. instead of 6 p.m. as he had a group at 6 p.m. No problem!

It was 8 p.m., we still had not received our entry. I had to go see the waitress to understand why it was taking so long (because of the group it seems). 9 p.m., we wait for our meal which does not arrive. We're getting impatient and I'm going to see the waitress again. Another waiter decides to get involved. He tells me that I have to enjoy the view and that their kitchen is not equipped so it takes longer...
We eventually received our plates, but with a delay of 30 minutes between the first plate received and the last one at our table.
I asked for a medium rare steak. It is well cooked. I'm asking to do it again. It arrives blue. I only ate the outline, completely discouraged. The fries on the plate are limp, tasteless fries with 2 grilled vegetables for $50/per plate. Other people's plates were also disappointing.
At the end of the evening, a manager came to apologize, but the damage had already been done. We will definitely not return to this place and we do not recommend it at all!

Nice location, but devoid of other local services. Dinner service is unacceptablely slow (3 hours for 3 courses). Nice breakfast buffet. Bathtubs are dangerously slippery(!).
