Stopped here off the highway to try a poutine. It was dreadful, do not get it.
The fries were not good and likely not fresh. Combined with the weak gravy and rubbery cheese curds, the poutine was at most a 2/10.

Tried the Rosbif Bacon Chipotle poutine honestly, not good. The fries were dry and clearly not freshly made. They weren’t hot enough, so the cheese curds didn’t melt at all. Nothing blended together, no gooey texture, just a boring mix. Menu has some variety and the food service was fast, but staff were cold and not welcoming. The place was nearly empty, and the vibe was pretty dead. Not coming back.

At the drive-thru I got a cold poutine and didn't get my condiments despite asking for them. The option to tip should be removed, the poutine is already too expensive compared to the quality and service even worse.

The true Quebec comfort food par excellence! The classic poutine was delicious and the double Ashton burger was succulent!!! Can't wait to return to the Quebec City area.

I've been in Quebec for a year and it's only today that I'm trying the Ashton! What a shame there isn’t one in Montreal. The portions are really big! I ordered a mini poutine and I was very surprised by the portion. I asked the clerk to choose a burger for me, the Ashton burger is very good and fresh. Tuesday October 1st 8 p.m., super good service at the drive-thru. The young man was very nice and polite ☺️ see you soon!
