It was my first time at Érablière du Cap for a Christmas party and we had a lot of fun! 🤩 Very nice place where everything is perfectly organized; the atmosphere, the different activities and facilities to keep us warm!!
I also really appreciated the different choices of non-alcoholic drinks. 🎄

A great welcome and excellent products. Take the time to explain their work and the history of the family, with kindness even on an isolated visit. Beautiful shop, only regret the restaurant was closed at the end of the season (last day of opening).

Very well explained visit, plus the opportunity to taste their products (maple butter, maple water, etc.)
Accompanied by a very hearty and delicious meal! Family and friendly atmosphere, to come back with pleasure
Very friendly little shop as well as the maple taffy included in the activity ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🫶

No meals for us. Just the guided tour and purchase of products at the store. Great visit, opportunity to ask lots of questions and tasting of various products at the end. There are also play areas for children to wait before the visit or while parents buy at the store ^^
Amazing must-do experience with formative explanation and maple syrup tastings. About 40 Min total tour and worth the pay. Christine was very prepared and her English was great. We also bought some original syrup directly from their gift shop due to the high quality.

A great discovery! The presentation on maple syrup is very interesting! The team is super nice! We didn't try the meal but we bought some products (not very expensive) and we made taffy on snow! To do!

Visited with a school group and they had so much fun. The staff have group visits down to an art. The food wasn't my favorite but it was traditional. The music got everyone dancing.

The reception room can accommodate A LOT of people, one of the biggest sugar shacks I've been to. It wasn't full so not too noisy, but I imagine it normally would be. The food was unlimited and it was really good. The service was just as good. Maple taffy flowed freely outside, and was served on snow even at the end of April. There was a farm (even an alpaca!) and a tractor ride too. A very nice sugar shack experience!
