Le service à la clientèle a vraiment diminué en qualité…. Attendre 25 minutes au service à l’auto un vendredi soir à 17h30, alors que le restaurant était peu achalandé à comparer à la normale, c’est très décevant. La caissière ne m’a même pas salué, se contentant de dire : « Voulez-vous garder le même montant ? ». Habituellement, je laisse 15 % de pourboire, mais en raison de l’attente injustifiée, j’ai répondu oui au même montant. Elle m’a ensuite fermé la porte au nez…. Pour mériter un pourboire au service à l’auto, il faut au minimum une belle attitude et un délai d’attente raisonnable. Je suis une cliente régulière depuis 7 ans, mais je dois avouer que les trois dernières visites ont été marquées par des erreurs et un service décevant…

I ordered a medium Italian poutine. There was very little cheese compared to other times. I returned with my poutine and was told that the cheese portions were calculated. Either they reduced their portions a lot, in any case, the guy didn't want to rebalance my portion. Very disappointing!!

Excellent lasagna!

Surprisingly, it was in a cheese shop where I ate the worst poutine of my vacation. The cheese was not melty at all. I wasn't expecting a fast food type service in a cheese shop.

A canteen without cafeteria style service at a high price, average in terms of taste, nothing more. 1 hamburger, 1 mini smoked meet, mini poutine and coke at $2.75 total $39
