I have been stopping for coffee every weekday morning to go to work for over 40 years now, and all this time after having spent more than 2 years at this restaurant because of a friend who didn't want to travel more than 1 km from home. I finally decided not to go there anymore because of the worst service I had during these 40 years in the MCDOs my friend tried to convince me but I couldn't take it anymore I went to the competition where I saw again what is it good service I wasted 2 years of my time there for my friend and also lost my friend for the cafe

I gave it a 3. I just reduced it to 1. My last 3 experiences were really mediocre. Two weeks ago. I went to the drive-thru on a day when it felt like 40 degrees. I order 2 chicken sandwiches and an ice cream sundae. I am given the ice cream sundae and two sandwiches 7 minutes later. the ice cream was mostly melted. When I passed the comment that they should have waited for the sandwiches before making the cut. I was told that there were only 2 working. A week later. Big mac and cold fries, not lukewarm, fries. And this evening, I'm going to the drive-thru. I wait, I speak. A car arrives after me at the other microphone on the right and is served even though I had been waiting for several minutes. I didn't order and left that place. A bad experience passes, 2 you tell yourself that you're not lucky. 3, in addition for a blatant lack of respect. No more of that place for me, there are limits all the same.
